Do they need FEMA camps when they can just block roads, etc to keep people in major population centers and under martial law? Police departments all over the country, as well as National Guard units, are taking delivery of materials to achieve such an end and several government agencies are surveying our cities and flying drones to find strategic choke points and obtain highly accurate maps. It's unnerving... The only reason for the "FEMA" camps will quickly become a means to deal with those who are less than thrilled with the idea of complete suspension of our Natural Rights.

There's a problem with martial law. See you can ship our jobs to China, have banks take over our Government, even put people on curfews. But the second you try and take the guns from Americans they will revolt. The majority of us are armed - legally. From our cold dead hands we will not part with our 2nd ammendment. Ever. That is our line in the sand. That's what the camps are for.

The New Madrid is indeed expected to go almost any time. The MSM have not been telling you like it is because they are under an embargo. For more information get into the ZetaTalk search engine and you'll get chapter and verse about the FEMA preparations and Obama's efforts to manage this catastrophic event.

I do know, however, that my buddies in Alaska--long time family friends considered same as family . . . hang around with blokes who work with HAARP. They INSIST that it CAN AND DOES do all the stuff ascribed to it--including cause quakes. . . . at least trigger fault systems that are cocked and vulnerable to such triggers.

The globalists that possess such technologies not only desire the machinations of chaos, but the restructuring that will take place in the aftermath.

Order out of chaos for the 'new age' beckons.

I don't disagree with you, but we will have much more to deal with than just FEMA camps, especially if the men and women in our armed forces are more willing to follow orders than to uphold their oaths. Being stuck in a population center will be as bad as already being in a FEMA camp so people need to know how to get out without using the traditional means like roads, etc. You're not going to want to stick around town if they decide the entire Constitution doesn't apply at all anymore. As for guns, If it's my guns and ammunition they want, they'll only get the guns when I'm out of ammunition (we'll see what happens after that).

Along with a mega NM quake, in order for the Great Lakes to drain into the 'new' Gulf (Cayce and many others) the Mississippi valley must 'sink' and/or the St' Lawrence seaway rise. Check the quake history around Quebec city with Google earth or other seismic sites. www.ceri.memphis.edu... You can zoom out or drag this site to show adjacent areas.

I recall a prediction, by a gal with superior credentials, from the mid 70's that Quincy Illinois will become a major inland seaport.

A lot of those MREs have been distributed. Most are probably gone after the nightmare of 2011.

you do know that it is the governors who get insane powers during emergencies, right? And the feds can't do anything until the governor declares a state of emergency. Even then the feds come in as support. The states run things.

You people forget we have state governments.

you do know that congress sends us to war, not the president right? oh wait that's not what happened. my point is just because there is a way things are 'supposed' to go, doesn't mean there aren't ways around it. i'm sure the feds can be as involved as they want to be regardless of what the governor wants, whether that is how it is supposed to work or not is besides the point.

It's been over 100 years since the new madrid has had a big one so it's due for it. i live in arkansas so i keep on the up and up on it alot. Memphis and Jonesboro will for sure be screwed no doubt about that. The I-40 bridge over the Mississippi river was built to earthquake specifications but the bridge going over I-55 is not and most of the buildings in memphis were built long before earthquake specifications were implemented.

Every once in a while TWC has a special on that scenario. Personally i'm more worried about Yellowstone, it's long overdue to blow and when it dos go, it's going to take half the country with it. The ash cloud from yellowstone will spread 1500 miles and being a supervolcano is one of the few volcanoes in the world capable of belching out enough ash to blanket the world in a cloud of darkness and you know what that means...worldwide panic and chaos.

Take note that FEMA could be lying to them to make them work on something that, Feom my brief research, looks like a bunch of fear mongering from the media and such. As one poster said that they have heard rumors about the New Madrid Fault their entire life, this could just be the fear mongering that has been used for the 2012 "apocalypse."

I trust what your good friends have as a warning, but I do not trust FEMA. I smell a widespread lie to draw in money.

There is a ton of useful information on the site given in your post, here is the link to the one that tells you from their projections how you will be affected. The maps are good to see and give a better idea imo of the types of EQs they are expecting which look more like ripples in a pond than straight lines moving out from ground zero.

SDC Map Color Earthquake Hazard Potential Effects of Shaking*

A White Very small probability of experiencing damaging earthquake effects.

B Gray Could experience shaking of moderate intensity. Moderate shaking—Felt by all, many frightened. Some heavy furniture moved; a few instances of fallen plaster. Damage slight.

C Yellow Could experience strong shaking. Strong shaking—Damage negligible in buildings of good design and construction; slight to moderate in well-built ordinary structures; considerable damage in poorly built structures.

D0 D1 D2 Light brown Darker brown Darkest brown Could experience very strong shaking (the darker the color, the stronger the shaking). Very strong shaking—Damage slight in specially designed structures; considerable damage in ordinary substantial buildings with partial collapse. Damage great in poorly built structures.

E Red Near major active faults capable of producing the most intense shaking. Strongest shaking—Damage considerable in specially designed structures; frame structures thrown out of plumb. Damage great in substantial buildings, with partial collapse. Buildings shifted off foundations. Shaking intense enough to completely destroy buildings.

www.fema.gov...

Like I say this is just one of the many extensive pages they have on this situation, but yeah well worth a look and can even give you an idea of which direction to go if you had to leave home for safety.
