I need avatar help

Setting up the avatar has been extremely difficult. I found out that I am not able to link to an external site, which means that I have to host the image on ATS. However, there is no image hosting service on ATS. I visited an old thread which says that there should be a "Pictures" tab under "Tools" that would bring me to the ATS media site, however, it is not there.

In addition, whenever I try to access the ATS media site, all I get is a page that shows a bunch of ATS sponsored videos and no option to log in, set up an account, or anything.

Ok, I figured it out. The "ATS Uploads" tab had been taking me to the ATS featured videos website, but it finally took me to a place where I could set up my avatar.
