Ok for your avatar files.abovetopsecret.com...

Copy that and then go to "Tools" at the top of the page, the click "account" you will then see a place to put that link it will say Avatar Url

Give it a go and let me know if it works,

hey that isnt quiet the picture size i was hoping for... looking to switch it for another.. how did you come up with that link?
ahh, nvm that will do for now, it just seem to be resizing it some how..
