You might want to explain this a little better, as this is more a concept of how the universe may fit together. It has nothing to do with dimensions whether you look at it from a scientific or new age point of view.
Like Chamberf=6 said the fourth dimension is time. Three spatial - forwards/backwards, side to side, up/down, and the next is time - future/past.
