Incorrect.
UK imports EU oil, which is mixed with Iranian oil.
18% of Iranian oil goes to the EU, after that there is no way of accurately determining where it gets distributed.
It is similar to anti oil sanders in the US. The oil is mixed pre and post refinement (mixing is based on weight, not country of origin), so you would have no actual way of boycotting a specific country's oil unless every production host along the way takes part in the boycott.

IRAN DENIES BANNING OIL EXPORTS TO EU
Underlining the high stakes and at times nervous confusion arising from the nuclear stand-off, Iran's Oil Ministry denied a state media report that it had cut off oil exports to six European Union states. Brent crude oil prices jumped up $1 a barrel to $118.35 in reaction to the announcement.

Iran officially denied this news.
A lot of disinfo news in these days.... A lot!

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran's Oil Ministry denied state media reports on the Islamic state stopping its crude exports to six European countries on Wednesday.
"We deny this report ... If such a decision is made, it will be announced by Iran's Supreme National Security Council," a spokesman for the ministry told Reuters.
European Union foreign ministers have formally adopted an "unprecedented" oil embargo against Iran over its nuclear programme, banning all new oil contracts with the country.
They also agreed a freeze on the assets of Iran's central bank in the EU.
The EU currently buys about 20% of Iran's oil exports.
There was no official Iranian reaction, but one Iranian lawmaker played down the decision, calling it a "mere propaganda gesture".
