You Don't Know Good Music! Hear Listen To This!

Definitely threw down the gauntlet with your opening remarks OP. Love any thread that gets people to share their favorite music though, old or new. I think there's plenty on both ends of the spectrum but so much has to do with personal taste. I think I'm fairly generous in what I consider to be good music.

One that made my heart sing of late was finding some new music from an old favorite.

Not so much complex in it's artistry, but it conveys feeling quite well.

I'm in my mid-twenties and listen to music older than I am... but I wouldn't ever dream of listening to Prince (except when played acoustically by my good friend at the pub while I'm a bit tipsy and screaming along to Purple Rain)
