Augustus Masonicus: "Firstly, I am not a Christian so any Biblical mandates you quote do not apply."
Not so: that is precisely why they apply.
My point: The luminaries of your craft have been less than on the level with you, my friend.

There is nothing in Masonry that contradicts my faith in Christ.
Than my question: Do you read the Bible every day?
Do you believe the Bible should be taken 100% litteraly?
DO you believe every story in that book is 100% true?
Both YES!!
even the old testament? The Book where God asked Abraham to kill his son as proof that he trusted God?
The whole thing?

What if you thought God was talking to you and he told you to rob a liquor store? Would you do it?
I would that many Christians know what you know, but only that part what is belonging before and after the cross.

Here is why I asked that.
Adam and Eve had no chance at getting into heaven. None whatsoever. So why did they worry about what God told them? Since Jesus wasn't born yet, they couldn't get anywhere through him. Nor could Any of the people that existed and dies before Christ was born. So you are very lucky to have been born when you were. Otherwise, you would be damned to hell just for being born at the wrong time.
Yes, because I am not thinking like you causal but parallel.
And do you really thing that the Loving God who cares for all his children would put a man through killing his child?
To become drunk as Saul?
What if you thought God was talking to you and he told you to rob a liquor store? Would you do it?
if there are missing donkey's maybe I would do it
If you don't then you don't love God, but if you do, nobody is going to believe that God told you to do it.
Paul and Silas too, but not for long.
So you end up in jail.
For unbelievers: YES! For believers NO!
Are you aware of how many contradictions exist in that one book?
If anyone had just 10% or less and will believe in God, than he would understand.
Anyone with half a brain would at least see that it is not possible for everything in the Bible to be true.
The Bible is written for believers NOT for unbelievers!!!
It's meant to be a guide, not a history book.

There are some who would disagree with that.
I am fine with my faith, and I am SURE you are OK with yours.
That's an old one, but still be good!
I will leave you with a joke.
A man dies and goes to heaven. He is met by St. Peter at the gate. St. Peter tells the man he is going to give him the tour. So they start out. they see the pool, the golf course, the dining area, the church, then they come to a closed door. St. Peter tells the man to be very quiet and they tip-toe past the door. Then St. Peter goes on about the game room and the garden. The man cannot hold his curiosity anymore. He asks St. Peter why that door was locked. St. Peter replies, " That's where the southern Baptists are at. They think they are the only ones here, and God didn't have the heart to tell them they were not."
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
God lives in your heart, not your Bible.
u2!!
God Bless.

Why don't you pull off some hours to get the time for yourself, for reading the Bible as you would like?
