Great 1-1/2 Hour NASA Moon Video Showing UFO, Light Flashes

I'm a Lunar-tic! I've been involved with the moon since the early 1980s when I became a lunar successful anomaly investigator. I've spent countless hours poring over NASA photos, large and small, and when the Internet caught on I looked at tons of more images and videos, always looking for that real lunar anomaly which I never found.

Now I've been turned on to a lunar video that lasts 1-1/2 hours and it covers a lot of territory (no pun intended) although it's restricted to one mission, the Apollo 11. You see the elusive color footage shot with a hand-held movie camera from inside the Lunar Module although why the camera was not taken to the lunar surface I can't explain. I was enjoying the video when in the segment that starts at 37:47 it starts with a slow left to right scan showing the surface and the horizon. I started to notice flashes in the black sky and I backed up the video a lot of times trying to catch the flashes and backing it up to freeze the frame so that I could take a photo of the monitor with my digicam. Unfortunately, the quality of the vidcaps is not really good enough to see the flashes as clearly as when watching the video.

The first flash is of a blue one and the other three are white flashes. You can see the flashes and possibly others that I may have missed. To help you I include the time that is shown on the lower time toolbar. You gotta pay attention 'cause the flashes are dim and fast lasting a fraction of a second. I provide thumbnails 'cause I uploaded large images that may not reproduced completely on this page. The last image is of a white UFO as it enters from the lower left corner and travels up at an angle.

I couldn't find the websites that post photos showing these flashes as still images but this YouTube video shows blue "UFOs".

The youtube links were a little rough but that video from archive is pretty cool and some of the scenes from that recording are quite classic (in the vanilla sense). Its kind of difficult to figure scale in the last segment of video that you posted, any reference to what size that object is?

Either jump to the times I pointed out or wait 'til you get to them but place your cursor over the play/pause so that you can freeze the frame at the exact time the flash appears. You may appreciate the time it took me to do so so that I could take the photos. :

Nice post, good videos. The lights seem pretty unexplainable. When blown up you definitely can see some type of solid object.

In the "UFO's on the moon part II Apollo 14" video at 3:32 and 3:54 and again at 5:03 that rock (bottom of picture) is different than all others. Worth a peek since everyone is looking up at the horizon at the light.

Good thread. The rock is just something I saw, it is not connected to the strange lights.

what the guy above me said.

there's a print screen key on your keyboard, usually one over from the F12 key.

hit print screen, then paste the image into mspaint.
experiment with holding down the Alt or Ctrl key when hitting print screen.

There are also software apps out there that allow you to do video capture, of either just one spot or your whole screen if you want, and can even edit later to take a frame from a video as a picture.

Cool video! The little black dot landing on the craft seems like a real 3D object because it blurs on certain frames as it seems to move downwards. Very interesting.

The image above was from like 50 minutes into the video. I thought the earth looked very very much like a human's face. Pretty sweet.
