There are some important points that need to be understood and subsequently raged over (IMO).

It could be lurking in the foods you eat every single day, including U.S. Department of Agriculture [color=gold](USDA) certified organic foods, and you would never even know it.

In what types of food would this sweetener be found in?

It's easy to justify hiding of the ingredients as keeping of corporate secrets in the name of profit.

I feel a bit uneasy about not being able to find out what chemicals are in my food.

Wouldn't it be nice if they had to disclose all ingredients?

It's my understanding that it can be listed as "Natural Flavorings"

Thanks for the info! I never heard of Neotame before. I just did a brief net search on Neotame and it definitely appears to be another additive that we must avoid. I'll be passing the info along to others. Peace.
