Hello ATS! New Member!

I used to be on history channel and Unexplained mysteries...History channel shut down and I recently got booted off Unexplained mysteries for language....go figure....anywho...I generally do know how to control my explicatives but when someone deserves a trouncing...well...I feel it is necessary to give them one....so be it.

I read the rules and I accept them....occasionally I have made a post or two after a round of indulgence and I might come across a little harsh...but all in all...I'm a tame dog...not a ravenous wolf at all.

I'm reading over many interesting threads and eentually I'll begin to add to them...not a lurker, just want to make sure I know what I am talking about when I finally decide to chime in...

Look forward to interaction here...sounds and seems fun...

I know what you mean. Sometimes it is a disservice to play the PC card and cop out of speaking what your heart is screaming. It ok, in the end it brings honesty and crushes hypocrisy, though we look like cave man A holes it wakes people up and takes them out of the comfort zone.

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret (ATS), the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.


* Please check out those links posted above before getting on one of the rides. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

* Please be sure that you act like an 'civil' adult and are at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward).

* Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride your all on. You should be mentally fit, stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented.

* Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might expect. Be aware you also might end up learning something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride.

* Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

* Please have fun! But be aware that if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, intentially spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is not only for your safety, but also for those both young and old on the ride with you.


So buckle up, keep your arms within the ride's comfort zone, have fun and "Deny Ignorance"...!

Thank you for the warm welcome! I'll be "lurking" and researching archives" for a while but I see some great topics that I am very interested in joining into conversation about. I am not what you'd call a "Grand Conspiracy Theorist" but I do believe there are things that if we really want to know the truth, we really have to do our homework on and search relentlessly...somethings have a simple "public" explanation...and then there is the truth...and there is usually a difference.

I believe there is ongoing research that isn't what I'd call "hidden" but it is not mainstream and if you don't know about it and know what to look for...you get a watered down, anti-climactic explanation that doesn't do the research any justice and ...to be quite honest...leaves the general public with a bland and uninterested view...where if they knew the "whole story" there might be serious interest and excitement. I have my opinions and ideas and I doubt it is radically different than most of you. I think there are things out there...they'd rather us not know about or explore....basically for "crowd control" reasons...but hey...I dang sure don't know everything about everything. I am interested in some topics, I occasionally read about some, and am totally ignorant of others...I kinda live by the idea of "the madness of infinite possibility"...

But that's just me.
