Now that would certainly be interesting. Would love to see this Ministry Of Defense report they say it is stated in. Definitely caught my attention with the post though....love the Vostok stuff.

Checked the sources, followed the links to the Russian Ministry of Defense Report and found no report or mention of the swastika found in the lake from official sources. Good story though.

Well that must mean the ancients were there.
I'm gonna hold back on either of those assumptions and say
the obvious that millions of years ago life escaped that region.
Since the heavens changed at the time of Exodus according to
Velikovsky from the papyrus Impurer and other human records
of that time -1500AD, Antarctica was the North Pole and still
a frozen land devoid of life from gold working humans.
The whole scheme of Nazis in Antarctica with UFO saucers
was just another story to keep everyone away from New Mexico
after WWII where they flu daily.

Russian interest in Antarctica, particularly Lake Vostok, where heightened after World War II when in 1947 American Admiral Richard E. Byrd led 4,000 military troops from the US., Britain and Australia in an invasion of Antarctica called “Operation Highjump” but who were reported to have encountered heavy resistance from Nazi “flying saucers” and had to call off the invasion.

Just so people should post and refute the lies and dis info I'll a chance and that that bit
of imagination. OK why is it a HOAX. Nazi flying saucer were taken over by US and Russian
forces. The Nazis were beaten down to submission or at least a few good deals.

Anything else is a lie.
So no saucers at the North or South Pole, wrong place, a plant of a story.
