About time Russia spends another $5B to add 1000 Topol-Ms to its arsenal. Each Topol with 10 warheads would mean Russia can target 10,000 locations. 1000 nuclear multi warhead Topols alone can therefore destroy a whole continent, let alone a country of any size.

Victor...what would be the point? This is all talk as Putin is trying to instill much lost pride in the older Generation of Russians who miss the idea that they were once a Super Power.
First of all...the U.S. has drawn down their nuclear forces because...A. We don't need that many missles to take out any or every country and B. The U.S. has weapons that are far superior and safer when used than Nukes.

bio-weapons have to be detected to be stopped.Most russian bio weapons are disguised organisms like Trojan horse meant to even get through NBC sensors.

He wants Russia to be a force to reckon , which it is ; however , Russia and China will be simply annihilated with a containment strategy and a mass coordinated precise missile strikes (No Nukes) that will disable both countries.

They wont have a Choice but to launch Nukes. Which will be utterly obliterated and rendered useless. People forget the 500 Billion dollars you know about (dont forget the black budget which is more than the official budget) isnt going to just maintain the military. MOST of that money goes to upgrades and research.

Everything Russia and China has , we have 10 fold simply because we take up ... 30% or 40% of the entire worlds defense budget.

What you forget is , Bio-weapons on that mass scale not only affect our population. It will affect theirs.

Bio-weapons are meant to utterly destroy a population and manpower. It will cause 100s of millions of people to die. Bio-weapons are more deadly than any nuke. 2/3s of the US population (AT LEAST) is expected to survive a mass nuclear strike. In 6 weeks , you can conduct normal operations again.

The amount / type of weapons needed will destroy both populations now regardless if there is a retaliation.

If you destroy your population and theirs , you have no hope of a come back. The problem is. Pooty plays to much call of duty.

Well that is the thing I think of ,but from what my friend who's told me (there's a paper on this in the ogonak journal),the death gene can be activated or deactivated via satellite or some kind of magnetic machine.I have never understood this part. Essentially something related to stealth viruses.

The problem with Bioengineered Weapons is they tend to MUTATE quickly and a country that uses them could very quickly find itself a victim of it's own Bug.
No one in the world has worked more on Bioweaponry than the CDC and it's other sub groups. You can manipulate genes , but for only certain type of people. It is too expensive to use realistically. I have limited information on that , but gene research shows that each person has a unique operation frequency. (Your body emits specific frequencies and hormons that your DNA / Genes will react to - the magnetic field is actually created by your heart and extends up to 8 feet from the body from what i understand).

DNA reacts ONLY to that persons psychology. You cant really tap into it and if you do , it has to be tailored for that specific person.

That stuff is very complicated and it is even fully understood. That means you would have to kill a person one by one basically.

This is pointless beyond belief. The Russians gave in to global capitalism over 20 years ago. Who are they defending themselves from? They are part of the system now, whether they like it or not.

Exactly. America will lose billions of dollars if Russia falls. That is why Russia is so confusing. Why are they stretching out their arms , what are they trying to do?

They are integrated into society and no one is out to see them fall for no reason. If they fell it would cause a global depression and Recession.

There is no point in them falling. You lose money and it makes it complicated.

I dont see their problem. They are the ones that are being threatening , getting close with china. Shooting out threatening messages , hell we are going to react to that.

When you guys have such advanced weapons than let Russia have 10,000 nukes of 1 Megaton H-Bomb each to be loaded on 1000 Topol-Ms. It costs only $5B. Throw in couple of billions more and ICBMs are loaded with super Bio weapons that mop up anything still left behind. So if that makes Russia little secure from you NATO expansion and ABM set ups all around Europe then that is good. Why is the West so worried already?

The problem is the root of psychology in the west. It is filled with paranoia, hatred, 'i know everything' mentality, greed, my wrong is still right, your 100s of thousands dead mean nothing etc. to sum it all up...................evilness! When the psychology is so evil then one cannot trust your actions, especially when you try to be in a position where total domination and control on the turn of events is at your side.

Trust me, Russia will never allow west to be in that position where it all can conduct genocides and oppression of various degrees at its own will.

I can't help but laugh when I hear Russia or the United States cry about a lack of Nuclear options and Weapons. How much is enough?? Missile Defense Shield? Russia? C'mon... The Motto is Deny Ignorance, not spread it. At our VERY BEST and if everything worked (Which it NEVER HAS in a test run..NOT ONCE) the U.S. defense systems could pretty well hold a specific area in total safety. It may even bring a little comfort to something larger than a major city, but not likely.

The fact of the matter is, the ARROW and PAC (Patriot) systems aren't designed to offer theater level protection in TOTAL WAR. Nothing short of God Almighty can do that, and I don't think he'll be taking sides this next time.

Russia needs to at least drop the B.S. talking points... How the heck can a handful of interceptors even begin to compete with the THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of Missiles Russia OR the U.S. can fill the air with...and most of those won't even be REAL warheads. Nope.... These defend a theater of war..and only a corner of it at that.

Regarding nukes and missiles rendered useless, you are talking about Scalar Weapons, something that Russians are way ahead of others. How about Russians nuke a Super Volcano in the vicinity of Hawaii just for some tasty appetizers. Ask some geographic professor the resulting effects of such event.

So far you guys have been banging small 1970s era sanctioned armies and feeling giddy. God forbid you have to deal with anyone with even late 1990s level of equipment. Then all your AngloSaxon power projection will be up for some real rude awakening.

"Perimeter" is another name for "DEADHAND".

Basically, it's Russia's automated nuclear launch system designed to retaliate against a nuclear strike that leaves the Russian brass unable to conduct the retaliation themselves. In other words, any nuclear strike on Russia instantly becomes an endwar scenerio for the attackers.

I had a few Russian Friends back in the day....one of them woud ask me if I could bring his kid a pair of Blue Jeans and a Car Stereo with a cassette player...I told him I would get him one with a CD player but he said...No Thank You....as not many places even had CD's unless you were Communist Elite.
We would stop at road side stands and eat sausage with the best East German Mustard I have ever and still to this day have not tasted anything so good! I can tell everyone here with a Super High Level of Confidence that the U.S. and Russia will NEVER go to WAR! This is the same thing I can say about China as far as the Russian aggresive words...they are ment to gain Putin the Older Populous Vote of people who are now very PISSED OFF that they are no longer a Super Power.

As far as China...we can all see the changes happening as I post...they have reighned in North Korea to an extent...they have stopped with all the War statements over Taiwan...and along with Russia...have dropped support for the Iranian Regime. The U.S. and China will never go to war.

There are a few reasons for this....1. We all need each other Economicly and 2. War makes no sense when you have nothing to gain and EVERYTHING TO LOOSE!

Russia has a relatively High level of Tech....so does China and China is making great strides...but if anyone here thinks that the United States...the Worlds Largest Economy and Worlds only Sole remaining SUPER POWER is not capable of handling any threat by eather or both of these countries even at the same TIME...they are DELUDING THEMSELVES! I will not say anything that is classified here unless it has become unclassified by Already being talked about or reported into the mainstream....but have no fear North America...or our allies...while the Soviets were begging us to help them destroy 2/3rds of their own Nuclear Stockpile stored or deployed in many former SLAVE SOVIET STATES because they refused to do so when asked by the Russians...the U.S. stepped up and paid for the job and if anyone here thinks that the United States has not developed some Weapons Tech. that makes a Nuclear Bomb look like a sling shot in comparison to new Clean and Most Lethal Weapons...keep on thinking that....I would love to see a demonstration of a few of these things.
