1/28/2012 craft in sky From Puerto Rico - Need help getting more info!!

FINALLY I have completed my obligatory 20 post min. I will admit I have done so with enthusiasm...there are some great threads on ATS.
OK GUYS-- I need help. I will post the you tube vid below. This was seen on Saturday night around 9pm is 1/28/2012 in Puerto Rico. It was so obvious and large. Helicopters and blinking light and all. I cant find a single blog, video, comment, article, ANY THING on this. This happened in San Juan for heck sake. There were thousands of people out that night.SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING?? PLEASE DISCUSS!!


HONESTLY-- this was an unidentified aircraft in the sky FOR SURE. This footage is from 1/28/2012. It was over San Juan hovering, flying back and forth, inland and out over the islet for about 20 minutes. With the Naked Eye you could SEE this thing. It was one light that expanded to several that rotated in a circular motion around whatever was flying, at the base. I was so nervous/excited while I was filming that you can hear me blubbering, I apologize for that while you watch. You may want to turn your volume down. PLAINLY, it changed shaped and color. I was excited to get it on camera, BUT UPSET that I only have a camera phone and cant zoom?! they need to add zoom features for video on the Galaxy s11!!!
Listen, I am floored by what is on this video. If someone has camera editing software and can zoom, enhance or whatever, PLEASE DO IT. this was incredible to watch

It's hard to tell from this video. The girl jumps right to the aliens conclusion, haha.

Most likely RC copter or plane.

Nope no its not. Put your video in 1080 p guys (on youtube player) and full screen. Anyone have video editing software to clean it up??

well, considering that I am that girl, I never stated "aliens" at all. Nope, never uttered those words. It was an unidentified object that my 4 friends and I plainly saw. It was not small, it was HUGE in the sky. visible to the naked eye with no problems at all. That thing was in the air for min 20 min hovering, moving back and forth blinking, rotating. My camera phone has no zoom in HD video (galaxy 11) which is why I was describing it. You have no idea how insanely frightened/excited i was other than to note my blubbering, which is unfortunate.

Thats deffinately not an rc toy, wouldnt be able to fly that high at night with just a little light like that. I fly rc aircraft so I know. Check youtube for some night time flying and compare it to the video,l.

So this was you talking on the video? Going by the slurring of words like "circular", I'd assume some wine or other alcoholic beverage was influencing judgement here.

Interesting video! Unfortunately I can only watch it in low quality on my cell phone as I'm not at home. It could be CGI I suppose but until I see it on a decent screen I'm going to hold judgement.

This is not a sarcastic comment: Thank you for the post OP. It's most likely an RC, or possibly an LED kite.
LED kites are pretty popular right now and they seem to really freak people out. Youtube is FULL of LED kites.

I highly recommend going to the root of the Aliens and UFO forum and reading over the sticky posts about objects and stuff in the sky. It's kinda important.

i was freaking out, yes. Yes I was blubbery and shaking. trust me, you would have been too. It was not normal, nor "secret military" esq. "we are not alone" was said because my reaction was a reaction to something I had never seen before. Panic and excitement were VERY abundant. I was impressed I got out the description of what was happeneing

Where exactly in San Juan were you ?
It appears from the video you were on the coast , how far from Isla Grande Airport were you , is the airport the source of the lights in the background ?

I dont think you guys understand me here. I was there. It was no kite, balloon, airplane, helicoper (which we initially thought because of the spinning lights untill they expanded) or fake dumb toy. Listen. It was HUGE. it had lights that rotated on the bottom of this thing. It would blink when the helicopters flew under it. It hovered over the islet. It flew inland and back over 4 times. It changes shape. It changed color. We could see the entire separate location of each light as they rotated. We could see a saucer at one point. It was double the size of the helicopter. It was incredible and there.

we were in ocean park looking out towards old san juan. Isla Verde Airport is behind us. Air plains usually come in on the approach, that was why we first thought nothing of it, then thought helicopter, then freaked.

You're preaching to the choir with me. I was buzzed by a TR-3B, Google it. I managed to snap off 2 pix of it as it flew over my car but the pix suck. My encounter was from 200-300FT over my head, I could see the little hairs on the belly of that craft. I know all about "oops I crapped my pants" kind of experiences. I think you were over excited by something you weren't aware existed, but there are 100s of RC plane/copter videos out there that are very similar to what you saw.

Do what I do, get yourself a decent pocket size camera and carry it with you everywhere. I want to be prepared with zoomable video if I have another encounter.

I've watched it a couple of times. Can't really make anything out. I did switch to 1080p and switch to full screen, not much difference for me I'm afraid. It was hard for me to tell the helicopter was a helicopter.

I do have a question though, why does the left side of the video frame keep expanding and contracting black? I don't normally see anything like that in videos.

I can tell you were excited, quick thinking to film it Thanks for uploading it for examination.

Given that Isla Verde Airport was literally right behind you I would say the the balance of probability is that the light was from an aircraft coming in to land .

Oh lord, my friends already think I am wacko for being so persistent on this. Well, after this video they are more confused, but let me share something. Two of my friends having dinner with us that night ( dinning on our deck) work for a gov agency. ( i dont really want to share which one) At first, they said plane then helicopter. Only after it expanded, could see shape and rotating lights did they stop talking. They were visibly uncomfortable. We watched this for 20 minutes. We discussed Led kites, Led projections into the sky, automated little plains, everything. We all shut up after the first helicopter zoomed over us towards this thing.
Stranger even more, if someone had sent one of those LED kites into the air, why didn't i see anything in the papers? I mean there were three helicopters onsite all of a sudden. Wouldn't the government here be pissed?

i used the anti shake option on you tube.--should i try and download the original ( without shake and lightening) on here so you guys can tool around with it to see if you can zoom? I mean, I am still tripping over this. I was there, THAT is the most credible evidence of all. I rational, level headed and opinionated. I have tried to figure out what the heck on this because there is no other commentary, and I just dont understand that. It was crazy
