Couple of pix using simple color filtering,





I see a horn / diamond type shape protruding from the side temple at one side of the head shape , could well be just the light , bit creepy the way the thing seems to be looking at the female, this makes me more than a little suspicious, I could photoshop a similar entity while playing DS and eating waffles

IMO its a reflection off the vase or ornament right above the ghost image . Hot looking girl by the way !!

Every time I come across that photo I think of Rumsfeld.

The first thing I said to my ex was that it looked like the face from the 9/11 photos (she didn't know what I was talking about) and it kinda reminds me of the guy from the movie "The Strangers".

I too find this hard to believe. I would love to prove her wrong but my ex and her roomate doesn't know how to handle a computer. That leaves it to the guy who took the photo. I barely know him, but he doesn't look like a guy who would know how to edit a photo like that. And my ex and her roomate tells me that he for sure can't do stuff like that.

Can't you guys look at the photo and see if it has been edited? See if it has been through photoshop or something like that.

Stop using filters and stuff! This is not a CSI case, it is a deliberate HOAX!

What you call ghost is just a relfection on the cabinets, clearly not tridimentional. The girl is tridimentional 100%.

That girl is in fact missing a hand. She only has what looks like 2 fingers. She was born that way.

It does look simular to the 9/11 photo. This is rather embarrasing if it is a photoshop job pulled of by the dude who took the photo to scare my ex and her roomate.

This day and age tho, one doesn't need a computer to hoax "spirit photos". There are many mobile phone apps out there that take care of that in just a few clicks. (ie. Ghost Capture, Spirit Booth)

Although the smudge kind of looks like a face, it could still be a smudge. I wonder of other pics from this phone could also have a smudge, in which case the smudge is on the lens.

the dishes rattling could be anything. My dishes rattle in the cabinet when a helicopter is about to fly over, but I haven;t actually heard the helicopter yet, or when a train passes by a mile away. My dishes even rattle when my neighbor's boyfriend shows up in his souped up car with a loud exhaust and announces himself by pressing down the accelerator in neutral.

I really see nothing to be frightened about here.

This is embarrasing. I don't want you guys to believe I edited the photo! I just uploaded what my ex sent to me and told the story. At least I still don't believe in ghosts now

Most people involved with a hoax photo won't even admit that much...

Kudos on what I at least perceive to be honesty, and don't feel too embarrassed, stuff happens.

My ex still believe it is a ghost girls ..
I have seen hundreds of threads which has been confirmed a HOAX and it sucks to be in one of them now. I honestly though I had something here

I vote HOAX... when I save it to the desk top and use something as simple is windows picture and fax viewer and enlarge it, the lines in the cabinet doors in the are of the supposed apparition appear to be double exposed.
In the remainder of the pictures the lines are symetrical.
