Looks like the ufo videos are just popping in early in 2012, perhaps this will be the year we will get new off world friends. The object in this video sure looks somehing out of this world, and would clasify as unkown. Some guy called Halit Safin acording to the tube info. dont got anything else to say then, enjoy the footage

Halit Safin, a famous photographer in Ufa, January 23, took video of an unusual glow. He phoned a friend and said that in the sky above the street in the Green Grove Kuvykina hours from eight in the evening flickers something unusual. Halit, a child fascinated by UFO, arrived at the place at midnight and filmed on camera lights with shirokofokusnym lens: - As the photographs drew attention to the colors of the object: blue, green, red. A friend stayed in his car to follow the object, and I went home for a long lens to look at what it is. The lens I bought to watch the stars four years ago, here's the first time there is a need to use it in practice. When Halit returned to his seat, glow in the sky is still maintained, but declined slightly. "I looked through the lens of the neighboring stars, they shone like the object", - said Halit.

At first glance it looked like a hot air balloon was being filmed from directly below , but then it changed shape slightly , so now I have absolutely no idea what this could be .

I will be watching this closely

That is so fascinating. I wouldn't even know where to begin to hypothesize what that would be.

Wormhole? Aftermarket/turbocharged chinese lantern?

It actually reminds me of some of the spiral video's without the spiral, if you get what I mean.

Just to be the Devil's Advocate here...I'm wondering if it's an electronic hot-air balloon consisting of one of those fluorescent light changing technologies in a cloth (yes, it is very possible considering invisibility cloaks used by the military) with a black plastic bag attached below. The blowing wind would results in a contortion of the bag, while the light-cloth (for lack of a better term) would consistently change colors.

This could perhaps result in the images seen above.

Or...I could be totally wrong, and we've just been Rick Rolled by a super-intelligent species.

This guy has 472 videos posted. All of them about either UFO or solar flares. Surely one person didn't catch this many UFO's all by himself.

It's so out of focus there is no possible way to tell what it is. We can't even tell if it's in the sky. There are no reference points. So it's basically..Unidentified Lights. We don't even really know if it's even airborn.

It looks like an electromagnetic "smoke" ring, but it could be anything. The fact that there are no reference point doesn't make it credible. It could be in the sky but also in a dark room.

Ufa is the place in Russia where the alleged 120 million years old stone was found Above Top Secret....

don't worry it was a sincere question.

it looks like an air-ring rising from underwater. i think it could have something to do with the solar flares that were very strong not so long ago. i have to agree, what webpirate posted.

This seems more like a Transient Luminous Event, something natural, similar to aurora, but stable in longer duration than other similar phenomenon.

The evident stability draws temptation to suggest this is created through/resulting from artificial means, but, it'd be wise to exhaust all other plausible explanations before getting all crazy haired.

Is there any known documentation of communication satellite transmission of microwave data exciting earth's EM field similar to aurora?

I've never seen anything like it very interesting indeed. I cant decide between natural occurrence or inter-dimensional aliens, my head hurts.

Could it be a lenseing effect from the combination of a long distance lense, moisture in the atmosphere, and light oversaturation of the recording device?
