No, and this is very, very old news....you're just late to the "party":
So this manual for the airforce on chemtrails from 1991...
It is a course guideline for the USAF Academy curriculum chemistry classes. It has NOTHING to do with actual spraying, by aircraft, of anything. It
is a play on words originally, in the manual.
Only the uneducated and con artists have used the coincidence that it happens to be a USAFA document, and since it's the "air force", well...then they
figure, it must have to do with "airplanes" and "spraying".
THIS post, by Chadwickus, sheds some light on it (and also the agenda of
certain former ATS member).
The booklet using the term "chemtrails" reads more like the author was telling his young students that they will be "On the trail" of learning about
chemistry.
Has nothing to do with airplanes, and "spraying" of chemicals!!
