then a lot of them flew over atl tonight, one after the other. maybe the sky sounds thing parallels the trains of tanks people have filmed? rapid deployment/readiment?

This may have something more to do with Iran then the apocalypse

I guess of we go to war with Iran we are kinda doomed there too

Is it just me or do most of these noises sound exactly like this thing?

after my neighbor texted me last night i didn't even think twice until i saw this thread about ATL this morning, so even though i follow these "sound" threads i never thought i'd be posting a video 24 hours later. whether it's planes or something else, there is something "different" happening in the atl skies very recently

since i saw a lot of posters from around atlanta i wanted to share the video but i'm quickly regretting that

And of all those people, how many do you believe know what ATS is, and have account's where they can post threads? Probably not that many....?
Most people who don't stop and think about these things and/or believe in the paranormal or other aspects of life just go "Oh hey whats that, hmmm I don't know...." and then continue on with their lives. For the rest of us that do care about this stuff we have searched the web and found ATS.

Put your ear on this close your eyes and listen. Notice how the sound from the propellers rise and fall in loudness (or amplitude) even as the plane taxis towards the camera. Notice the plane holds after taxi @ 1:49 - 1:58

Could it be possible that some of these noises come from different things?
I would say solar flares, aircraft, and wind (shifting weather patterns and inversions) are all possible in some cases.
I hear some tend to get sick. I would think their noises could be coming from some type of drilling
and they are getting sick by unexpectedly drinking their polluted water.

C-130 is probably the culprit in the OPs vid but the points and incidents I mentioned earlier are worth investigating further.

I lived in the Atlanta area 12 years the first 2 in Marietta and every night I heard C-130s from the base so this is most likely the case here given the area.

If Aliens are in part responsible for our current Religion, as a means to peacfully harvest us at some point in the future (so as to have a bunch of willing slaves or meals, whatever their true intent is)..lol

Forge a religion and tell them of the day it will all end, but those who are blindly faithful will be taken up and saved.. Then come back 100's of years later and start sending the believers the signs that were fortold...hehe

They will most likely rejoyce and bord the ships, willingly going to their deaths, while the rest of us are left to breed for the next kulling...

Or it could be the other way around..

If they wish to harvest in the future, they will need the faithful to remain and worship them untill the next "doomsday"...

Maybe, the plan is to harvest everyone who isn't hiding in a holy place (possibly marked as no go zones), so that the faithful will inherit the earth in the aftermath..

I prefer the first scenario honestly, because the rapture is supposed to take the faithful away..

Maybe they'll blast the rest of us into the stoneage for good measure, in order to return and start a new religion in a few hundres years..

Again, it's not C-130s. More than a few people have stated that they are familiar with those sounds, having lived in and around this area. It's not really planelike at all. Or trainlike. Or trafficlike. Or stormlike (yesterday it was clear as a bell here but storms were coming). In fact, it's not really possible to tell if it's coming from the sky or the ground or where. Maybe the atmosphere is playing some very strange games, or maybe it's some new plane that's waaaaaaaaaaaaay bigger or waaaaaaaaaaaay slower than a C-5, which we also have flying around here, if you can imagine that. Not to mention test planes. So here's a C-5 departing. This and its more high-pitched whine and clear engine sounds is not the noise I hear. Not even close.

I really dont know what it is that your hearing @ ~Lucidity Im only refering to the OP video and what i hear in it. If you have a recording as to what your hearing i havent heard your clip to tell you.

There maybe would be more reported but it's been raining a lot here. It wasn't raining on this night but it's WET- soaking wet and not many people want to be outside right now. Plus, at least around here, a lot of people are SICk. I live up on the side of a hill, almost a small mountain, and it gives me a good vantage point- I can see apartment complexes, homes, ect- and let me tell you- many times I go outside, and after dark, I never see a soul outside.

So getting people to both be outside and notice any sound is probably a lot more rare than you'd think. The local astronomy groups might hear it though....but again, it's been cloudy.

Didnt hear anything unusual but S F and Props for being the first "Strange Sounds" video I've ever seen where the recorder showed themself in the setting, observing it real time!

Wow, I just listend to one of those sounds 'cleaned up' - the sound in Ireland, and I got a screaming headache.
If that crap started up often, I'd be wearing shooting headphones.

I'm 99% sure the OPs and oleus videos are C-130s. I live right down the street from a air base that has a dozen C-130s. This is exactly what they sound like. They don't have to be flying to sound like that either. They ususally idle for 30 to 60 minutes.I hear them all the time a night.

All these sounds heard around the world keep reminding me of this Onion "article" from some time ago. Personally, I don't think much of them, but since I haven't heard them myself yet I can't outright say they haven't happened. Again, I'm skeptical, but I can't rule anything out. After all, I've yet to see an alien spacecraft, but I know they exist.

OP, earlier on the same day (25th) I heard the same sound. I live in Marietta, It was just after 1130am and I heard this loud hum. I thought it was my homes heater kicking on and the sound of air blowing through a nearby vent but it was a repetitive and rhythmic sound. I finally went outside and sure enough it was coming from somewhere South of my home.

Like a previous post I thought it was the sound of one, if not many C-130s idling for takeoff (Dobbins is indeed South of my location). However, like yourself and the other member, I am very attuned to the sounds the Air Force plane makes. Having lived in this area, being deployed to Iraq (living on a small air base for 13 months), and flying in C-130s, I can tell you it sounded different somehow.

As I said, it was very rhythmic in the points between it's loudest and quietest of sound and each new repetition was preceded with a momentary deep whine, mechanical sounding. Very odd thing to witness but I am glad I have finally heard this myself.
