Strange noises reported around North Battleford

That one is very interesting, and those folks take it seriously I guess a bunch
of conspriacy theorists they are....

They are looking into the H.A.A.R.P possibility.

First the veiled Alaska installation was blamed for thousands of dead birds, then a failed Russian satellite ... now, according to the Borneo Post, it is being mentioned as a cause of strange cloud formations and an odd "snoring" sound in Malaysia.

Wow...just a few weeks ago, I had no interest in this phenomenon....now, my interest is peeking more and more.

This one, from Hong Kong yesterday, gave me chills

I have heard something that sounded like a blow dryer or a jet. The sound will only last 2-4 seconds if that.

(Multiple times , 3 occasions that are of note - only 2-4 seconds randomly out of no where , so it is hard to record)

I have never heard this before. I am being lead to believe this is all just atmosphere noises from the Solar Storms. It just started occurring that i have ever noticed and just so happens for there to be series of solar storms occurring when i hear it.

I hardly think it is Aliens / Demons.

I think that particular sound in associated with windows xp errors.

I think this is a good find ...As having heard this sound, I think its eerily similar. Although, I have yet to hear it for such an extended length of time..Again, good find.

A co-worker of mine mentioned her son heard some strange sounds coming from the sky the other night.


My only question is, in some of these videos........what exactly are they videoing before the sounds start. Some start their videos after the sounds are heard. But the ones where they are videotaping a street light? Why?

Ive myself heard strange noises here in the UK. Not so similar to the noises heard in America but non the less, was weird kinda jet engine noise. Ive no idea whats going on around the world but for so many people talking about something even I thought best to shrug off is now maybe not so strange to point out after-all.

The scientist view of it coming from antennas I dont quite get, why? They dont bother to show that same sound replicated or anything similar or any kind of ''here, look.... thats the same sound yes?'' They dont do that, do they. So sorry, doesn't fly with me. If they knew how it was created, they would re-create it.

We send singls into space for years now with hope that other life out in space will recieve it at some point, if there is other life. Maybe we are getting a return on our investment? A reply.

Deny - I noticed I don't have a location........I am from Manitoba, Canada, where some sounds have been heard. It was interesting about my co-workers' son, she was unaware of all this and was surprised when I told her to look if up on google. He was watching tv and heard it over it.

This is kinda interesting. I've seen a map here on ATS that plots the weird sounds reported on the N American continent. Here is a real time model of the ionospheric ion density over the world, which is effected by solar winds.

What do you think? Any correlations?

Yes, and antennas where? Why, where...those would have been good questions for him
to answer. Instead, its like an answer from kids in the movie "signs". Hold up the
baby moniter, and noises come through.

So, you heard the sound....I think someone should capitalize on that with new
t shirts and bumper stickers.

I think it's safe to assume that the noises are real, because they've been reported around the world for long enough now for them to not be real.

My question is why now? Why are they only happening in, say the last 10 years, and never before? Or is there evidence it's been going on longer?

Seriously, the sounds seem to be normal night-working, I heard a reversing
alarm in one of the clips.

Maybe what we're finally hearing is the Earth's internal core layers coming to a grinding hault... makes sense that the sounds coming from a encased spherical engine could somehow bounce off the walls of the engine and make it seem like the encasement is making the noise.


Guess what I'm trying to say in English is, the sound is coming from the Earth itself, but sounds like it's coming from the sky, because the sound is so high frequency (meaning lower ranged), that it isn't strong enough to pierce the earth's shield, so it bounces back down onto the land. Maybe the Earth's core is finally dying out. I know, sounds like it's out of a movie.

- We heard the extended sound of jets in the sky at the beginning of December in Saskatoon, 1 hour away from North Battleford - I know, different sounds as being heard there
- Lots of (far too much) oil drilling and potash mine drilling throughout the province
- The reason you see mostly streetlights in the videos is because the camera is being pointed at the sky -
- This past summer a crack appeared in the ground between Saskatoon and NB - will be next to impossible to find info on it, sorry, no pics, was kept rather quiet
- I believe most of us don't have the time or desire to make stuff up - last thing we need to be hearing is unexplainable sounds in the sky
- To note, the link to the local talk radio station (re: ButterCookie's post) - don't know how they'll handle the story - their main talk dude is a Rush Limbaugh wanna be. You know the story.

Really very natural so if the sounds are just occurring now and in 2012 how come they haven't been heard in 2008 or 06? i find that claim hard to believe.

Well i have only seen a few birds here in Toronto and they to are silent good for pointing that out.

While manhater falls asleep under aurora's soothing lullaby, I would rather be awake because after all, we've ALL got front seats to this event. Whatever that may be...

I showed rather clearly on page #3 that at least one of those "strange sounds" is some musical instrument, i even took the time to clean up and enhance the sound.

As for the original article and TV report, this was the WORST and most fake TV report i have ever seen where they overlayed some random, totally non-related sounds..in addition to referring to Youtube videos WHICH HAVE PROVEN TO BE A HOAX. This whole TV coverage about this phenomenon was a big joke.

I am starting to get a very uneasy feeling at the thought that it doesn't need more than some joker blowing some tribal/native musical instruments to make a whole bunch of people totally HYSTERICAL over nothing!

While i believe there might be some "legit" reports about those sounds (somewhere hidden in all those reports, Stealthy Kat for example seems legit to me)....the rest is slowly becoming one of the MOST ANNOYING topics here on ATS (together with the Elenin threads from the past).
