Everyone is qualified to help mankind, but many are too busy patting themselves on the back or putting others down to accomplish such a feat.

I personally enjoy researching family histories and as a result, the history of mankind. This fellow could offer us more than we would expect.

Rather than beating him up I say let's give him a chance.

I think he sounds like a good guy. Perhaps he has a few misunderstandings, but don't we all? No one is perfect or flawless.

I would like to share with him and see what cool things he can share with us.

There are hard core English majors with little intelligence at all.
And there are illiterates with profound capacity.

But at the same time, IQ scores are silly and completely inaccurate in determining the intelligence of a person. I would argue that willpower and determination combined with acquired skill sets are far more important.

Well not completely....if a persons IQ is estimated at 56 you will find some truth in the person....I guess.

In the case of dyslexia yes or people that just never had the chance to actually learn it properly yes,which the OP obviously does and has not not suffered from. He does suffer from other things though like delusion.

Maybe you should google "famous aquarians" and see how many have actually done something valuable. So, far only Levar Burton from star trek is standing out, and the rest are either in fashion, or music. Not exactly masters of the universe type material either, Neil Diamond doesn't just doesn't do it for me I guess. What's really telling is that on those lists there isn't one Einstein, no Oppenheimer, no world leaders, and no inventors. Doesn't really fit with what you stated.
