I am still working on it. It began when I started to look at the animal kingdom. I noticed that I have never seen a Lion in the wild act depressed or use fear to control the pride. Then I began to wonder why I was depressed. That was the starting point for me. I also started to notice how our society behaves like a snake. Using fear and staying hidden to survive.
