Obama To Ignore Judge’s Ruling To Appear In Court Over Eligibility Hearing

This has the potential to open a big can of worms for the president. If he chooses not to defend this in court, it will make a lot of people wonder why. As in, Gee I wonder why? All he needed to do was show his BC. I guess he's a little reluctant to drag that fake one he bought on the internet into court.

Obama doesn't need to show up, it's clearly obvious that the Judge is racist by making him prove his eligibility.

I'm self employed. I don't have health insurance. Under Obama's communist plan, I have a choice. Either buy someone's overpriced insurance, that I may or may not be able to afford, of pay $750 a year for the privilege of not having insurance.

That way I'll have even less money to pay my doctor than I do now.

Regardless of what you think though, he should obey the law like everyone else. Also, because others don't share your opinion, that doesn't make them idiots.

I wonder if they will send Dog The Bounty Hunter after him for his no show in court? I'm also curious what his bounty will be? What's the bounty on a US President going for these days?

Did anyone even read the story? It is not about his birth certificate, as a matter of fact, the case is not challenging his birth certificate or his place of birth at all. What it is challenging is that even though he was born in Hawaii, his father was not a u.s citizen, therefore Obama can not be a natural born citizen, as the supreme court has previously defined natural born citizens as being born to parents that are citizens( notice the plural). So, since Obama Sr. was not a citizen of the U.S, but a citizen of the British crown, by Barack's own admission, then he is not eligible to hold the office of POTUS, so therefore can not be on the ballot in Georgia as a result. See, nothing about where Barack was born, or anything about his birth certificate.

I'm not an Obama supporter at all (I didnt vote for him), but I gotta say, this is getting a little ridiculous.... Being the President he has some much bigger issues to deal with right now, we dont need him distracted with this pointless court date....

Side note.... I could see Obama waging war against Iran to take the attention away from this, so it all goes away...

I don't care if the judge is racist. I don't care if the judge is just doing it for publicity. Ignoring a subpoena to show up for court is contempt of court.

I once had to show up at court for a speeding ticket. After the case the judge or the court clerk recorded the findings of my case incorrectly. I had to pay a bunch of fines, pay higher insurance, and show up to the DMV to defend myself from having my license revoked, all over wrong information. If I didn't pay the fines or not show up, I'd be penalized.

Apples to Oranges? Not really. Mr Obama is being subpoena'd. Doesn't matter if it's over something erroneous, or ridiculous. You suffer the inconvenience and show up. He is not above the law, or rather, he really shouldn't be.

Wouldn't want to disturb lord Obama.

Sack the judge

Section 1021 specifically authorizes "the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons . . . pending disposition under the law of war.”

Included among "covered persons":

“A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.”

Disposition under the law of war includes:

(1) “Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities,” (2) trial by military commission, (3) trial by “an alternative court or competent tribunal having lawful jurisdiction,” and (4) “Transfer to the custody or control of the person’s country of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity.”

Well U.S. Armed Forces... It's been substantially PROVEN that Obama supported Al - Queda, with U.S. forces and finances at that. That makes Obama, therefore, a 'Covered Person' under section 1021 of the 2012 N.D.A.A...

You mean Libya. Anyway, I never denied that "al Qaeda" were involved, nor did I ever say it was a "legal" intervention in the case of ANY foreign power. I said it started with pissed off Libyans rebelling against their government, and that is a known fact. Comparing the US getting involved in an intervention started by the UK and France, to an illegal INVASION of Iraq, led by US troops, is ridiculous. Libya was not an invasion by any foreign troops, they merely equipped and funded them, and gave them air support and strikes. Hardly comparable to the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, which were actually STARTED by the US, and were actual full-scale invasions with US troops at the core and not just at the fringe like in Libya.

As [SNIP] as Obama's presidency is, he has got nothing on Bush as horrendous and criminal actions go.

Either way, I think you people give WAY too much credit to individual people here. The actions of the US government are the result of an entire system at work, and no one individual, not even the President himself, is responsible for it solely. They are collectively responsible. This is why hardly anything ever changes from President to President and it's why elections are fairly pointless. Until we destroy the system and build a new one that will actually work for us, we will be screwed for eternity.

The judge can use whatever whacked out logic he wants but the fact remains if the writers of the constitution wanted 'natural born' to mean "Born in the United States from parents who were citizens' they would have just written it as such. He may figure that he is doing the right thing by Subpoenaing Obama but he is doing so as a State Judge while Obama is performing his duties as President. He is not accusing Obama of being a litterbug in his jurisdiction, he claims that he, as a State Judge has more power than "We The People' of the United States who have elected Obama to be the President. I'm sure the judges opinions make more sense to the whiny sore losers of the minority from the 2008 election but there is such a thing as Separation of Powers which very nicely prevents some jackass state judge from shutting down the Presidency.

I have to disagree with you there, Raelsatu... The provision only applies to Citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Citizen is an office within that corporate structure. If you are a part of the corporation you are:

1) Not a true sovereign.
2) Completely beholden to all corporate rules (statutes).
3) Without recourse, insofar as you refuse to stop participating in the system. They created it, they own it, and they can do as they like with it.

True sovereigns don't dabble in fiction. Get in a right relationship with the Infinite Creator, leave the fiction, and take full responsibility for your experience (not necessarily in that order) and you will experience sovereignty.
