to the OP i completely agree with you and have been making plans with an old friend i have recently recconected with in university to do just as u were saying and start trying to awaken people
we are planning to start a club or group of sorts at our university and having out first meeting tuesday and though we'll get into topics such as global financing (and the tragidies of it) as well as many spiritual aspects in the first few meetings we're intending to spur open mindedness and awareness in people as much as we can

we will probably show them provokative images like this


but im interested in your thread i think we should round up people to work together
find out maybe some sort of scientific method on how to break people from their ignorant shells

i believe i have made some people aware of the problems of our global situation but they tend to just become fearful of it and not think they can do anything about it as individuals. people dont usually understand alternative concepts on how to live or society should work and are afraid to give up their comfortable consumer lives.

Yes, we always have these threads, usually started by idealistic young people, proclaiming that the sheeple need to be awakened. And here’s another one that says we have to plan to do it correctly to wake more people up.

To me it begs the question. First, it’s rather presumptuous to claim you are awakened where others are not. Second, most people who say this have no particular experience in the world and no particular access to greater knowledge than anyone else. In fact, if you were to add it all up, they have considerably less and certainly less experience. Thirdly, the people who claim this tend to blindly follow any conspiracy theory anybody can come up with.

For example, here we have chemtrails, reptilians, the Illuminati, the New World Order, the Masons, the 9/11 was a Bush plant people, The Abduction people, Aliens of many stripes and varieties, FEMA camps, caskets, and railroad cars, the anybody shot Kennedy but Oswald issues, the nefarious PTB, AIDS as a manufactured virus targeting Gays and Blacks. The list goes on forever. People on ATS, by and large, have never met a conspiracy theory they didn’t like.

And what I also see is a bunch of people who hate everything. They hate corporations. They hate government. They hate the Republicans for sure and the Democrats probably. They hate getting a job. They hate the military. They hate Big Oil. They hate money (but they’ll be glad to steal mine from me.) They hate America, of course, but have a hefty hatred for nearly any other government around. They hate the cops. They sneer at the MSM. They hate anyone telling them what to do, but, by God, they surely know what I ought to be doing myself. They hate anybody who suggests maybe they own copyrighted material and that it’s not just up for grabs if you want it.

And they’re so so intelligent. They are foreign policy experts and absolute whizzes on economic policy. They love Iran and hate Israel, usually. They think socialism actually works and hate capitalism. Anyone who has more money than they do is “rich” and doesn’t deserve it because they are as smart as the next guy, so the fact they aren’t rich must be due to discrimination.

In short, it’s a real Bizarro world where everything is opposite. Things I see as good they see as bad. Things I see as bad they see as good. Thank God they are not my neighbors! And when I look around at these screeching harpies yelling that the sheeple to wake up my first thought is that they are not qualified to even mow my lawn, much less tell me how the world works or should work. I’m not sure I would hire them to work at McDonalds.

I do fervently hope that they stay in this Bizarro World and hang out on places like ATS. At least here they probably won’t hurt themselves, or others. Because if the ever got out into the real world, they might accidentally get hit on the head and realize that it was they who were asleep, they who were the sheeple, all this time!

However, in our opinion, by looking at the facts, there is a lot of evidence to suggest that there is, rather than there isn't a NWO. The words even came from many former President's mouths ... but I guess that doesn't mean anything.

They elite aren't as stupid as you made out with the "too greedy, and too busy backstabbing" idea. Yes, they are greedy, but they have accumulated more than enough money than they would ever need, so greed is totally out of the equation now. They want to control people, they want to have lives to control and ruin, they want power, and it isn't stupid people that go for power, history has shown that people that go for power are VERY intelligent people.

It isn't recruitment. It's asking for ideas. There is a very big difference.

I hate to rain on your parade, but by and large, ATS users tend to debunk/argue against a lot of conspiracies presented on here. When I got into any thread, there is more skepticism than their is belief, and ATSers have the intelligence to at least speculate and look at evidence, before coming to a conclusion on anything presented to them.

That was such a weak attack on almost the entire ATS community, especially when you say that somebody who wishes to change things tends to blindly follow every conspiracy on this site. Here I am trying to change things, yet I do not blindly follow conspiracies, I find lots of them pretty too unbelievable because there is no evidence to back them up, yet you have portrayed me in such a negative light.

Not everybody follows your narrow stereotypes.

Tell you what, go and create a thread requesting evidence of a New World Order, and I will post in there, because this thread is not going to be derailed into a debate about whether or not a NWO exists. This thread is for people who believe there is, and want to get the message out, not for somebody to come in an make childish demands.

Oh, and while you're at it (and I will happily post evidence to a thread that you make) you shouldn't just lay the burdenof proof on one person. There is enough evidence for you to look at yourself, as well as the stuff that the rest of us have looked at. Don't be lazy.

Hello, is it any wonder we believe in chemtrails? if chemtrails are just a conspiracy then why would America have the HR 2977 Space preservation act? please read it for yourself, it also talks about mind control, another conspiracy,

The question is, if these things are only conspiracies when why have the government created an act to protect us from weapons that don't exsist? I could have read the act wrong, if so i'm happy to be corrected

what else do u suggest people do in response to the world around us?
i understand the older generations have probably lost their faith in a better world thinking this is all there is after so little has been done and the hopes of reducing global starvation and such has made no tangible gains

seems you are just being a critic without offering any personal input on what you believe could be done
this is ATS im sure your aware so why are u here if your criticizing the hopeful and the believers that theres something else out there some higher powers may be hiding from the general public and the current system is suppressing the masses from rising

You sir, are the one who lives in "bizarro world" I understand that you are comfortable in your life and choose not to believe there is a powerful force out there messing our lives up. But there is no need to say "just because you're young you don't know anything" I know I don't have CONCRETE evidence of why I think TPTB are ruining the people but if you try to make sense of the WHY it will come together... Do you think that AIDS is an incurable disease? Or do you think that "they" have the cure and are just keeping it to themselves so "they" could continue to profit off the medicine? From a business perspective it makes sense clearly to me... If AIDS killed everyone it inflicted then why is Magic Johnson still alive? Is it because he has the money to cure himself or is it because he got "lucky"? There are things out there that point to conspiracy and it's not the absence of proof that makes it believable it's the proof of absence.

You assume that once awake, they would want it changed.

History has proven this is not true. Many, including I, wake up an see th whole picture, then also realize its better than the alternative.

I will labor for freedom and goodness, but I won't overthrow any governments to do that.

I tried recently to tell me very poorly father in law about the dangers of Aspartame. He wouldn't accept it not one bit. The step mother in law sought comfort in strong drink.

And I have never told them about what other stuff I know exists. According to them, I'm bad for taking my neglected kids out of school and having fun teaching them at home. God forbid I have fun with my kids.

But he has woken up in his own field of expertise; he was a firefighter and a fire security designer. I already knew the stuff he was talking about but I pretended to not to know.

How I woke up was I had already had paranormal experiences as a toddler cum youth and then a friend told me of a website that got me interested and I went on from there. Getting deeper and deeper, sometimes I was physically sick after I had found out something sickening. It still happens now; when I saw the picture of a man treated like a alien abducted cow.

You need to find brave, intelligent and won't accept authority type people for this kind of waking up. LEAVE the OTHERS ASLEEP. This stuff can make you lose your mind if oyu are not strong enough to cope.

NB I read a report online (Blueplanet project) that said the term SHEEPLE was coined by the US Government for the abductees, that they were monitoring. It is not a nice term and I think they are using it wrong, here's why;

My partner has worked on a sheep farm. The farmer told him that they do tend to act as one, especially if it involves spent malted barley (they love it) but they need just one leader to escape. The farmer recounted that his sheep kept escaping out of the field and it was a mystery how they did it. The exits had those cattle grids, that they are not suppose to be able to cross. Either CCTV was used or just the farmer saw how they did it, but the mystery was solved.
Well there was an old ram, who would fling himself onto the cattle grid and the other sheep would step on him, so they wouldn't get their hooves caught. After they were all out, the old ram rolled over and over, until he was clear too. No lie.

SO it will take a wise, knowledgeable leader, who doesn't expect you to do as he does but to use his ideas to escape the pen.
The trouble is the Government knows this too and keep shooting the leaders. But with each leader some more sheep escape the pen.
We just got to hope we don't run out of leaders before the sheep die, and they all escape.

I don't know why but when people get back to being grounded with working the earth and working for their food, it seems to shake the blinders off.

Also, introduce someone to Monsanto and have them learn a bit about it. It takes a few months but if they start looking into it, they wake up so hard and fast really I feel sorry for them.

What kills me is people actually come into threads and start blasting other peoples point of views, why? well i think it's more of being scared of being awake and truly seeing this world and how it's ran and some people are AFRAID of it!, If people don't like what is being said in a thread then I suggest this and it's really quite simple. Use your mouse and go to another topic it really is simple as that. Blasters should just be ignored! and overlooked. Now we are going back on TOPIC!

OP I hear man, family members are the worst (not all) but some, And have had ideas about this very same thing, I'm not old but not young either, and have been playing a scenario and have ran it many times, and I don't see a fail in it if implemented right. Just like OWS but on a more massive scale, Now I'm going to say this hypothetically and see what other like minded people have to say or build on.

I call it WA (Walkopy America) Start from the east side of America lets say California, and peacefully, (anyone showing aggression will not be allowed to participate, only on grounds that that's not the idea.) And hold a march right up to Washington, yes it will be tiresome, yes it will be hard, But how hard do you think it was for Rosa Parks for NOT going to the back of the bus? How hard was it for Martin Luther King to give his"I had a dream" speech? and lastly How hard was it for Harriet Tubman to lead the slaves from slavery? I would have to say they where pretty damn scared I would think. And I do think there are more people awake then we give credit for, and are looking for the right movement, with the right cause. but with millions marching, well I think that would say enough. Now before the whole get a job stab begins I have a job! I pay my taxes! I pay my bills! But what really blows my mind is that most of the people on ATS, It's other people from different countries asking us to do it, that should say enough right there. But people don't want to give up things that really don't matter

This is a depressing notion.. the owners of this site or TPTB, dont want the greatest thing this site can be used for to come into fruition? most of the governmental conspiracies people are interested in are because somewhere in side of them there is hope they can be a part of creating positive change in the world using their knowledge and awareness of the negative, if the world was fine,free, harmless, innocent and pure there would be know need to shroud oneself in massive amounts of information pertaining to others and others business,. Why wouldnt you want to see or allow the members of ATS to cooperate together in a tangibly productive manner?

I email my friends and family links to articles and ATS threads pretty regularly. I've been able to open some peoples' eyes this way. Maybe these links will get forwarded on and on, hopefully.

The only way to reach the sheeple is to use the propaganda machine against its self , but the people who try it end up playing their game by their rules, and change once they start getting six digit numbers.

To really attack the system and get people thinking , we need to use the media , like really really use it , bombard news stations with stories to get on the air , then start unloading facts on everybody watching , not 1 or 2 people , i mean everybody , lets just throw stuff at the media , get on the tv , in the papers , on the radios , ... as weve seen countless times , a handfull of people ranting and raving are considered nutjobs , thousands and thousands of people talking sense and referring to facts catch peoples attention, look at the begining of OCCUPY , none of those sheep cared 5 , 10 , 20 years ago, but because the machine crams it in their faces on a daily basis ..... theyre out in the streets chanting and marching , even camping out on the streets , washing , eating there ......... what do these people think THAT`s going to do ? were facing a government that models its self of Nazi Germany , thousands of people sitting in one spot is EXACTLY what these monsters want.

Its time we moved this thing away from the web , its like Ron Pauls campaign ......... on the internet he`s already President , but in the propaganda machine he`s not even worth mentioning.
Untill we actually do something as a people , nothing will ever change , lets face it , people are more interested in what the money leeching celebrities are wearing , and what to watch on tv tonight.
