It's not harassment. One member of his own family, I think a grandmother, claimed he was born in Kenya. They could have flown to Hawaii to make the announcement. It's becoming ever more obvious as this whole "issue" moves forward despite the rest of the nation moving on to more pertinent issues that actually warrant focus but, the rhetoric from these Birthers is becoming so crazy and out of touch because they live in a bubble. I've noticed that in some of their replies they use sources to try to make their argument. These "sources" in many of them are nothing more than blog posts snippets from someone else who agrees with them and also resides in that bubble. Hey folks if you want Obama to not be your President stop with all of this insane hate rhetoric and go out their and get involved in the election. The amount of crazy that is spewing from these people is overwhelming at times, some of them would like to have you believe that in 1961 there was already a conspiracy in the works to make Obama our president? and for what reason? to extend the Bush tax cuts and govern much like a moderate Republican? Take a big deep breath and think to yourself, if this is a conspiracy it can't be a very good one, seeing as they have neglected to do anything radical. I think its time to move on because in a short period of time we will have another election and guess what, you can be part of the movement to vote President Obama out (however unlikely it is with who is the Republicans' nominees). Stop looking for an easy way out with all of this impeachment this and trial date that. This woman is obviously a lying sociopath who wanted Hillary to be President so she has dedicated precious years of her life to no avail. This is a plea, please get out of your bubble and see the real world its a great place.

Every time someone submits a claim (whatever) it has to be processed - - and it wastes a lot of peoples time and expense.

And this court case will be more of the same. If the results are less than what birthers want. ( his head on a platter I think at this point) they wont accept this judgement either. They will say the court case was biased. The PTB rigged the jury. The judge is a democrate in the presidents pocket, what ever. If it turns out badly for them they wont accept the results. They will try to find yet another way to harrass, to say he cannot be legit.

I'm just happy that I got to see the word "quash" today, in print! It always makes me tingly and bubbly when it happens.

Coincidentally, an executive order shall be issued by midnight, 29 Feb, 2012 changing the spelling of "cash" to "qash". Originally, all hard "C" sounds in written text were to be replaced by "Q" but Mr. President wasn't fond of writing "Baraq" on presidential decrees. Additionally, it wasn't certain which spelling to use to sign the document, for reasons that should be obvious to anyone educated under "No, Child! Left! Behind!"

I did, but you see how that worked out. But Dubya isn't the sitting president, is he? Our sitting president promised Hope and Change. The only thing he changed about the War on Humans is that he expanded it. As to his violations of the Constitution, he was a constitutional law professor. He knows what he has done, and enjoys the power that Congress gives him to wipe his rear with it.
