I'm betting all these birth certificate hunters have got it wrong and are looking in the wrong place. I might be wrong but I have this gut feeling this Obama was born on the mainland of the USA (not Hawaii) and his biological parents are not who the Americans think they are.

This has always been my gut feeling on this as well. What is so stupid is if he is the son of the one I THINK he is, he really would be an AMerican citizen, so why didn't he just go with that story to begin with?

well dear, all the American people are asking for is PROOF of that fact, where is it?????

Well January 26th is only 5 days away, so this will be resolved with in a week, but all the personal attacks on here against each other are not going to make a blind bit of difference to the outcome of this trial, by the end on next week (unless a motion to delay is used) there will be an answer to this question.

At that time either the "birthers" or those that believe the president is genuine will have their answer and will begin their gloating and their "I told you so" comments.

Does this legal action warrant being heard? I believe so, the PDF release of his birth certificate was manipulated prior to release be person or persons unknown, this much is at least clear to me (I have worked with scanned documents and files for a long time) what is most surprising is the amateurish way it was done.

Its not about race or colour for the majority (although there is an element of racism within a minority of the "birther" movement) If he is genuine and eligible, I can find no logical reason why he hid all his documentation, when his opponents aired their views against him, it would of been very easy to release those files, prove who he was and totally discredited his accusers, effectively ruining their political careers and ensuring they were never taken seriously again, a major win for him, yet he refused to do so.

Those supporting Obama should also welcome the full release of his documents and credentials, as it justified their support of him, I wonder why they don't want those documents released? Fear perhaps?

I am very surprised to see the judge go against Obama and his legal team, but then maybe the judge is a "birther" himself, and if he is the Obama has a lot of problems

This guy is a huge A - Hole. She was in the process of explaining to this guy all the hows and why's of the birth certificate. She could not just say yes or no without backing up her view with "facts". So she was going to paint him a picture leading up to the BC. This guy didn't give her a fair chance to do that and make himself look like a huge dildo in the process.
