Thanks for this great video!

My balls were shrunk up into my pelvis most of the day. I just this minute got home from filming next week's show; at a FEMA camp. I felt like Daniel walking into the lion's den. Believe me there was a prayer on my lips the whole time. The next few episodes are going to be very exciting.

"Professionals"? You mean the MSM? Of course they have to read from a script, as they are not journalists... but mere talking heads.

Alex Jones/ Aaron Dykes and that crew doesn't read off a teleprompter and it makes it more interesting to watch. Hell, even Ron Paul isn't reading of a prompter 1/2 the time.

Thank you, I appreciate that. You know, there are no two people who agree on everything; still, men of good will can always work together to find a solution to their differences instead of bashing each other over the head with a rock. Too bad there aren't more men of good will.

Thanks Bob, this is such an inportent issue that many in the public ignores or deny.

This video-report is only beginning to scratch the surface when we talk about Tyrany in the USA. I've touched a few other examples in this thread where i argue that the US is becomming a totalitarian regime. It include attacks on your constitution and freedom, and mention unethical poleticians, corrupt cops, cover up's, illigal search and seizure, illigal wars, torture assasination, the TSA pornguards, failing system of court and hopefully more on a later date because theres a lot more craziness in your laws.

I'm just sitting patiently, waiting for the day they take one right to many, waiting for the day 307,006,550 people wake up and say we are through with this corruption!

First of all I would like to take you for providing this content in video and text. It really does make a huge difference to those out seeking and not being lead around like sheep.

IMO it is time a collective or thinkers, philosophers, Geo-philosophers and political minded people assemble and coordinate a new philosophical definition of the Federalist papers. A new dissertation that includes the modernity of history and the lessons learned and not learned in the last 130 years of American history and diplomacy.

This will require a collective effort of historians, fact checkers and grammar-warriors who work as a team to redefine the Federalist papers, the articles of confederation, and the assembled works of our founding and co-founding fathers from 1776-1850. --why those dates? It is the last time free-thought was not in conductive resistance with a global communications grid. This grid allowed expansion of thought and collection of new idea's. All great but the pureness of philosophical thinking of our future generations was more precisely formulated before the global commutation network came to being.

This single track of thought by our founding philosophers and politicians laid a ground work that would take American into the 20th century. We now preside in the 21st century and soon the 22nd. Its time people created new ideologies similar in scope and basic human freedoms and justice expected by uneducated masses.

Now as citizens of a modern America with a fuly integrated global communications grid we have an opportunity to expand the concepts of our founding fathers with the true power of interconnected intellects of hundreds if not thousands of individuals all with the power of history and modern technology

Welcome once again to The Truth Is Viral, I’m Bob Powell and I’m doing my absolute best to make sense out of this crazy world we live in so I can share those views with you. Of course, the views and opinions expressed on this show do not necessarily reflect those of The Above Network or any person other than myself.

This is one of my favorite books, The Federalist Papers. It’s part of a Time Life collection called the Classics of Conservatism and it’s one of my most prized possessions. I’ve had it for over 35 years, and in it – writing as Publius in No. 47 – James Madison proclaims, “The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands… may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” You heard a spokesman for the ACLU proclaim Obama to be Judge, Jury, and Executioner right here on this program a few weeks ago. You do the math.

It looks like war with Iran is a foregone conclusion. For the past two months the US aircraft carrier John Stennis has been plying the waters of the Arabian Sea all by herself, but the USS Carl Vinson has joined her in the 5th Fleet’s AOR.

Two carriers represent a formidable force projection all on their own, but when you add the USS Abraham Lincoln into the mix as the Navy has just done, along with a French carrier and Britain’s top of the line Destroyer HMS Daring, now you’re talking about some serious firepower. And let’s not forget about America’s submarine fleet either. It’s out there too, each boat capable of firing dozens of cruise missiles an hour.

It’s fairly obvious that a covert war with Iran is already taking place. Mysterious explosions have destroyed Iranian nuclear facilities and key members of the Iranian nuclear program have been assassinated. All of this points to the handiwork of Mossad; but even the most optimistic observers have stated that the best Israel can hope to do is slow the Iranian program down. Out in the open on the diplomatic front, the Obama administration and US allies are hoping against hope that a new round of economic sanctions targeting Iran’s ability to sell its oil will topple the government from within.

For their part the Iranians remain defiant, boasting that their recent naval exercises scared the US out of the Persian Gulf. Their threats to close the Straits of Hormuz in response to the new sanctions sent the price I pay for a gallon of gas up 30 cents. According to the Iranian news agency Fars, Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Va-Hee-Dee said that in the next few weeks Iran will hold another naval exercise they are calling “The Great Prophet” – the largest in its history – and it will just happen to coincide with anti-missile drills being run in a Joint US/Israeli war game called Austere Challlenge 12.

And that my friends is where I’m going to transition into what this week’s report is all about – the National Defense Authorization Act and what it means to us.

Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act declares the United States a battlefield in the War on Terror and allows the US military to arrest any American citizen without charge and detain them indefinitely without a trial, even transferring them to foreign soil.

It is not only frightening to think about, but Former Commandant of the Marine Corp General Charles Krulak, and General Joseph Hoar, another four star Marine Corp General, wrote in a New York Times op-ed that this treasonous law gives a posthumous victory to Osama bin Laden.

Voters in the state of Montana have launched a recall petition aimed at both of their senators that voted for NDAA. Go Montana. In fact, with a 13% approval rating, what in the hell are ANY of our Congressmen and Senators good for? I say throw ALL of the bums out of office.

All it takes for the price of gas to jump 30 cents is one unremarkable statement from an Iranian General, so what do you folks think is going to happen when a real live shooting war with Iran breaks out? Prices are going to sky rocket. Out of all of the threats the Iranians have made over the years, the one I’m confident they can pull off is closing the Straits of Hormuz. 15 million barrels of crude oil are carried by huge tankers through the Straights every single day, about one fifth of the world’s supply of oil.

And what happens if a critical pipeline somewhere far away from the Persian Gulf is attacked in a “man-made disaster,” further strangling the flow of oil? IRGC agents are known to be spread throughout the globe, and they could very easily bomb pipelines, oil refineries, and even off-shore oil rigs to squeeze us even more. OR, since the objective of the Obama administration seems to be the total economic collapse of this nation, perhaps a False Flag? Either way, can you afford gasoline when it’s $10 or $15 a gallon? Can you pay $1,500 a month for heating oil? I know I can’t.

The price of everything will soar, even necessities like milk or bread – basically anything people have to buy in a store - because the trucking companies that transport the goods to the store will HAVE to pay the ten or fifteen dollars for a gallon of gas; and that cost will ultimately be transferred to you, the consumer, in the form of higher prices. If you think grocery bills are outrageous now, wait until a loaf of bread costs six dollars, a gallon of milk eight or nine. You’ll be sending your kid to school with a ten dollar bologna sandwich and a four dollar Twinkie.

THAT is why the NDAA was passed; because when war breaks out with Iran, our already fragile economy is going to crash and burn on a scale that will make the Great Depression seem like the good old days, and people are going to be out in the streets looking for a little justice.

The Occupy protests were nothing but a dry run for both sides. People are already mad as hell at our government; but when they find that they can’t feed their families, I can guarantee violence. There won’t be any more peaceful chants of “We are the 99%” The mob will be calling for blood; and with the United States being the home of the 2nd Amendment – and 300,000,000 weapons residing in the hands of gun owners - they’ll get it.

A lot of those people will be police officers and members of the National Guard who depend on a paycheck that doesn’t come from Uncle Sam and have to pay bills, and feed their kids just like everyone else. The government needs to be able to order the military to arrest and detain anyone who would pose a threat because they won’t be able to count on much of the law enforcement community.

If you ever played Dungeons and Dragons as a kid - and I’m willing to bet more of you did than will admit it - then The Powers That Be are what would be called “Lawful Evil.” Even though what they do is evil, they also need it to be legal. Somehow in their twisted minds, slavery and murder are OK as long as they are legal.

They have been planning this for a very long time and have used a long string of puppet Presidents to subvert the Constitution with a series of Executive Orders. Now that the President has granted himself the authority of life over death as we saw in the extrajudicial killing of Anwar al-Awlaki, the only thing left to do was provide him with the muscle to extend that power over all of us.

Who needs a little thing like the Constitution when they have all of the power they need in the form of Executive Orders that allow the government to take over the media by controlling the airwaves and internet with SOPA, PIPPA, and the Internet Kill Switch. They can commandeer all modes of transportation including your personal vehicle, all sources of energy production, your garden, and even your home.

They can turn you into a literal slave by forcing you into work brigades under government supervision, force you to take vaccinations against your will, and indoctrinate your children to be better slaves. Of course even slaves have to have some type of shelter. That’s where the FEMA camps come in.

Guess who just bought Xe, formerly Blackwater? Monsanto. Talk about unholy alliances! Private armies like Xe and KBR are soliciting bids to construct even more camps than what have already been exposed on the Internet. They’ve been hiring “Internment Specialists,” guards drawn from the ranks of former military that are nothing more than mercenaries when you get right down to it. Once the military arrests you, they turn you over to these Department of Defense contractors and you become a number, chattel, property of the state to do with what it pleases.

I don’t know what difference it makes since you will have lost all of your Constitutional rights anyway, but the next piece of treasonous legislation to come out of the House of Representatives is the “Enemy Expatriation Act, ” H.R. 3166 sponsored by Chucky Dent from the great state of Pennsylvania.

This act is meant “To add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which United States nationals would lose their nationality.” So I guess to add insult to injury, after you are arrested and held without trial, you’re stripped of your citizenship. And then what? Some of the theories are almost too terrifying to contemplate.

Not since 1941, when we had just been attacked by the Empire of Japan, has the Constitution been so horribly disregarded. American citizens have been rounded up and put into prison camps before; the last time it was people of Japanese ancestry; now, it seems that the targets are anyone who dares to speak out against the government.

The Mainstream media is controlled; that is a fact. It’s doesn’t matter if it’s MSNBC or FOX, left or right they both spin the same BS just a little bit differently and ignore the real news; case in point being Ron Paul.

But the internet has given rise to a new type of information sharing. Bloggers, freelance and citizen journalists, and even forums like Abovetopsecret have been spreading the truth to a public that is becoming increasingly aware, free from the constraints of the Globalist agenda.

Specifically, the DHS announced in November that it is going to target news anchors, journalists, reporters or anyone who may use “traditional and/or social media in real time to keep their audience situationally aware and informed.” and collect their personal identifying information. To what end?

I don’t know if you noticed or not, but in much of the footage of the Occupy protests, you can see police officers taping the protestors back. Every phone call you make, every fax you transmit, every email you send, every search term you enter into Google or Bing goes through the NSA’s ECHELON program where supercomputers scour incomprehensible amounts of data for whatever information the government is looking for. Every single post you have ever made, on any forum on the internet, has been logged, catalogued, cross-referenced, and filed for later retrieval.

If you are anti-abortion, you’re on the list. If you are anti-war, you’re on the list. If you care about the environment, you’re on the list. If you support the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, you’re on the list. If you have a Ron Paul bumper sticker, guess what? You’re on the list. If you have ever taken a stand or donated money to anything, you’re probably on the list.

The Department of Homeland Security’s list of who might be an “extremist” is so broadly written that anybody could be classified a terrorist.

And once you are, guess what? Forget about a lawyer, forget about a judge or a jury; the government can do anything they want with you, including send you to another country and torture you, and they don’t even have to tell your family they have you.

We’re all in this together my friends, and it’s time to decide whether we are going to sink or swim, be a slave or fight back.
