Exactly .. screw nukes .. they can be dampened.

This stuff ... i dont know. Maybe , maybe not. I dont know what we have compared to all this. Most of this is supposedly in its infancy from what you can find on it. If the Russians have this technology though with the budget they have ... imagine what we could with our current budget?

Hmm.

Elipton is much more .there are two types of Elipton devices if russian journals are right:

1)tactical
2)strategic

1)tactical is what Zhirinovsky was talking about .

2) strategic is capable of mass mind control ,alteration of events in past, present and future essentially creating alternate multiverses and shatter the planet into an asteriod belt.

infancy not. Study the theories of Kozyrev which enabled creation of such super weapon. Also alien intelligiences have massive role in this .

USA and Russia have these weapons near equivalent .Research on chronovisor (USA/vatican) and psychotronics(russia)

First let me say what a GREAT post OP. I had heard and read bits and pieces of some of the tech. discussed in the diff. links you have posted but never before seen a coherent chronological sequence of articles such as this. To say the least it has scared the H---l out of me.
Great Post.

There is a very famous book known as Psychotronic Golgotha.USSR scalar weapons started under Stalin in 1947 and in the 1960's US initiated its scalar psychotronic weapons and remote viewing program.

Russia may have good weapons... But... just imagine what the USA keeps secret. Not going to lie, in a few 10's of years, if war breaks out, it might just be game over for the planet. But we shall see.

The scenarios proposed here are almost surely entirely fictional.

The article states it right at the start.

Nuclear Isomers do not liberate much Gamma radiation in comparison to the amount of Alpha. The Alpha radiation released would probably be sufficient to cause skin burns, but Alpha radiation is the least penetrative of all nuclear radiation. You could stop it with a sheet of paper. Perhaps it could be used as a trigger for a more conventional nuclear device but as a weapon its power is too low, not penetrative and too brief in duration to cause concern.

As soon as you mentioned Bearden, I skipped that. He has been going on about scalar weapons for ages. He has produced equations and all sorts of theories but no one has ever demonstrated or observed the effects of scalar energy in a scientifically verifiable and repeatable manner.

Antimatter was first artificially produced in 1955. There are few facilities that have the high-cost, high-power equipment required to manufacture, capture and contain it. In the decades since its discovery, we have produced very little, on the order of nanograms. The other problem is that our Sun produces billions of neutrinos per square centimeter at the surface of the Earth. These neutrinos interact very poorly with matter and would pass right through any containment (they mostly pass right through the Earth unimpeded). A collision between a neutrino and antimatter would annihalate releasing energy and the result would be that the antimatter would be used up after a short time, so keeping any antimatter once you have made it, is a major hurdle.

To produce the equivalent mass of antimatter required to emulate a Hydrogen Bomb (approx 250 Grams), using all the energy available on Earth, would take 2.5 million years. Even if we acquire enormous technological improvements, it is most probably way beyond what we could ever hope achieve as a species. We would consume the planet before we had sufficient antimatter to create a weapon.

... and when it comes down to it, once you are dead, you are dead. Some super weapon is not going to make you any deader than you already are.

There is much to worry about with weapons research but the particular weapons described in the article are not half as scary as more mundane weapons that exist now (chemical, biological & nuclear).

Reminds me of StarGate series , where a small "elite" would have unthinkable technological advances , travelling across the universe and contacting countless civilisations while unsuspecting people would carry on their lifes hehe. Yes, there is a big chance if something this great would exist, we would not know it! Several years ago I was contacted by some strange guy telling me about some Serbian-made UFO-s , I thought he had mental issues so I ignored it..maybe I was wrong haha.

Others have said similar things and rather long ago at that:

TIme magazine: Monday, Jan. 25, 1960

Khrushchev proclaimed that the Soviet Union intended to reduce its standing armed forces by a third in the next year or two, from 3,623,000 to 2,423,000.

Yet, as Khrushchev unrolled some details, he made it clear that he was not being a bit impractical. "Our air force and navy," said Khrushchev, waving a stubby finger at his listeners, "have lost their previous importance. Their arms are not being reduced but replaced. We have cut down and we shall even discontinue the manufacture of bombers; already our armed forces have to a considerable extent shifted to rocket and nuclear arms. The proposed reduction will in no way reduce the firepower of our armed forces, and this is the main point. . . Soviet scientists have made it possible to equip our army with weapons hitherto unknown to man."

"It is now quite clear," Khrushchev went on, "that the U.S. is not the world's most powerful military power. We are not trying to sweat anybody, but these are the facts." Rattling his rockets in the style he used to assail Western "military circles" for doing a few years ago, Khrushchev promised to "wipe from the face of the earth" any aggressor, and boasted: "Though the weapons we have now are formidable indeed, the weapon we have today in the hatching stage is even more formidable. The weapon, which is being developed and is, as they say, in the portfolio of our scientists and designers, is a fantastic weapon." (U.S. Atomic Physicist Ralph E. Lapp guessed that the Russians might be planning an H-bomb to orbit the earth indefinitely, ready on signal to plunge down on any terrestrial target.)

If the posters on this threat are willing to search ATS for information on scalar weapons odds are that they will find enough reading&sourced material to keep themselves busy for a while. I can even help look as i know where a good part of it is located!

Yeah , i am involved in the military and all of this is under my nose ... perhaps this Cold War between the US and Russia is in a much more dangerous situation than many of us think ........ this is getting more scary the more i think about it. This is worrying my greatly. Not because my life will be lost .. but the threat to this nation that has been increased ...

Perhaps that Drone being brought down by Iran (Russia's Butt buddy) ... isn't so far-fetched for people to believe now.

(In my opinion ... this thread sort of just confirmed the ability of Iran bringing a somewhat advanced drone down un damaged, and links the US with the how much trouble the Russians are having with their space program - in other words .. we don't want them to have what we have in space)

I seriously hope i can get some people in this thread that know how to do research and look at this information. This is getting freaky for me , how do i help defend my country against weapons like this. This is making me mad. I am probably going to go ahead and go to bed.

I am beginning to rethink our interest in Iran. They could possibly have weapons that could obliterate an Entire Division US armed forces and their aircraft , of course sacrificing their own men , though again most of their (elite) units are confirmed radicals of Islam. So that isn't a problem ... Iran could honestly give us a whole lot more problems if Russia is giving them a tenth of this information.

Perhaps Iran has more advanced technology than Nukes or are in the process of getting this technology. With such a Radical government in power .... could the US simply be using true , but a low-key way to interrupt the Iranian government from dealing with this technology? Notice .. most of this technology deals with Nuclear advancement. Maybe they truly do not want nukes .. but need nuclear unique chemicals for something much better than a Nuke?

In my opinion this information presented just opened a whole new ballpark in my head for conspiracy .. i am thinking Iran is a much bigger threat than we think. Iran goes off and attacks Israel or the US with one these things ... it will weaken us and focus our armed forces on a single continent .. imagine what Russia could do to obliterate our Armed forces focused in an Area in a country the size of Iran? Of course we will retaliate .... if they don't have that figured out too.

In my opinion , i somehow managed to connect a few possibilities and likely what ifs (In my mind) to the information presented and makes it that much more freaky to me... man this has me stirred!

The impression given to us by the media is that Iran is a sort of dirt country populated by insane nutjobs living in dirty huts. This couldn't be farther from the truth. They are a very old, and very cultured civilization. They have fully modern cities, produce the bulk of their own weaponry, have developed and are producing their own fighter jets (multi-role, of course, because their fighter program was designed to make a workable plane not fatten contractors!) and they are more than self sufficient as far as energy production goes.

The bad blood that current and former US administrations have for them is based wholly on their revolution. They #ed our long-laid plans to dominate their society and that put them on the # list, possibly forever.

The Iranian people are a very lovely bunch, who have pride in their culture and history. Crime is low there, and they do have some things that we do not such as universal college education and free medical care.

Of course, I am not pleased with some of their actions, but we must realize exactly what is at stake for them. They have seen what happened to Iraq and Afghanistan, and anybody with a map can see that they are now surrounded with regimes friendly to the USA. The wise course of action would be to initiate actual dialogue but political forces from the USA and our "allies" in Israel make this impossible.

We actually wargamed a naval invasion of Iran and it did NOT turn out well for us. The scenario was so bad that the wargames were basically scrapped and new rules instituted which ensured a US win. Not the sort of thing you would want to do to actually get quality results.

I do believe that, of course, a total nuclear bombardment could succeed in defeating Iran but war just isn't waged that way. Even without wonder-weapons they could sink any carrier group entering the Strait of Hormuz, as they possess a large number of very effective Sunburn missiles, and possibly even more advanced but still conventional weapons.

We just sent our oldest active carrier over there, one which will cost a lot of money to modernize. It might be there as a target!

Normally I try to stick with facts backed by news reports etc. when I write an article but with this one because there’s so little verifiable information I will have to leave it to the readers imagination and maybe even somebody may have facts and can enlighten us in the comment section.

Emphasis is mine of course, but there are no real facts here just supposition and imagination.

You have to read the link at the bottom of the original post. The OP's comments are just supplemental to that information.

What Rogers did not highlight was the fact the vehicle was never certified to operate in temperatures that low. The O-rings, as well as many other critical components, had no test data to support any expectation of a successful launch in such conditions. Bob Ebeling from Thiokol gave this severely succinct analysis: "we’re only qualified to 40 degrees ...‘what business does anyone even have thinking about 18 degrees, we’re in no man’s land’"

from the Rogers Commission....

That should be a VERY alarming link

All this talk about wars between the U.S. and Russia and China are pure fantasy. All three of these countried talk daily to one another just to make sure there are no screw ups and since all three need each other in one form or another...war is Highly Unlikely.

That and the fact that the current state of U.S. Military Tech. is so high that no country in their right mind would attack the U.S....nor would the U.S. have any intentions of attacking Russia or China. Split Infinity

Im still busy reading the one article and already my bs meter is propping up.

At the following link: iron-eagles.tripod.com... the author talks about using the scalar tap process to channel huge amounts of power from the earths core in order to power these machines.

If this is indeed possible it will negate the use of oil and other forms of power generation thus saving Russia billions of dollars, if so why are they still buying oil if unnecessary?

One could argue that its to keep up the facade but I dont think so, they would rather use the money spent on traditional power generation to upgrade their struggling military, which is very outdated and underfunded.

Extraordinary claims require extraprdinary proof, which I am not seeing, there are no references to incidents etc and thus this is all hearsay and not very reliable, makes for an interesting read though.

It's much easier to say "No, I don't have any information discrediting this link."

Your rudeness is much appreciated though. It's good to get to know the character of the people you are dealing with on the internet.

This weapon is stronger than nuclear weapons because its consequences are different, and there is no antidote. This is where its strength lies. There is no way of defending against it. It is the same with the sonic weapon. We also have this. What happens is that the cartridge detonates, and the sound is such that it brings down an entire military division. That is it; they are dead. . . . The elipton has the same effect. There is no radiation, no fire. There are no wounds. And entire military division simply dies. It is similar to the neutron weapon, but the latter has radiation. It has a damaging effect. The neutrons enter the human body; those cause the destruction. With the former, there is no damage, but all of life is immediately destroyed. Russian scientists developed it exclusively..........

Pretty scary.

I'm pretty skeptical. If this were true, then

a) what is the physics?
b) why didn't the USSR win in Afghanistan? It certainly wasn't because of morality or human rights issues. After all, they left booby-trapped *children's toys* scattered about to maim and kill curious young boys.
