Shadow People

Well I could use some help/advice on this matter.....My 16yd old daughter isn't sleeping after a run in

About 4 nights ago here in Michigan she went to let the dog in it was 10:30pm EST...Anyway she came stumbling in my bedroom freaking out.Saying there was something in the backyard and she couldn't get to our dog. I went outside with a flashlight and the dog was hiding behind our shed and there was nothing out there that I could see...I came inside and this is what she said she saw:

She said there was a large black dog like creature it was crouched over -I asked her to explain and she said all she can think of was more like a human bent over but yet it was an animal..She said she could see its spine but "Mom I couldn't find its eyes anywhere And then it started walking towards me BUT I couldn't see its eyes.."She then ran in the house.Now she just keeps repeating that it was black and spiny but "I couldn't find its eyes mom"..She also said from the ground up it was about 3 inches above her knees she is 5"1 ...

And now shes not sleeping..As far as animals I have seen around here just lots of bunnies and one fox that was over a year ago and it was small and red.And I live next to a major road..She said our dog was barking and sniffing the ground but my bedroom faces the backyard and I heard nothing...Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Also this is not my first run in when she was little I used to see a shadow figure wearing a hat in her room constantly..He was always watching over her while she slept..

I think there is an important link between shadow people, aliens, demons etc. Some of the more recent researchers of shadow people have suggested they are djinns.

This photo, from my collection, is of a possible "hooded shadow person". Notice it does not appear as an ordinary shadow but as of an "ethereal" or solid substance. I am unsure if this figure was seen by the naked eye by those present. I do not recall seeing this figure.

I'm interested to see what the ATS community thinks of this photo.

I've seen shadow people for a number of years, since I was a child actually. Seen the hat man a time or two. Most recently in the past week, I had an experience where I saw two shadow people at the same time. Both just standing in our bedroom, one at the foot of our bed, the other next to my side of the bed. While I've never felt great during these experiences, I'm still here, in fact we all are. Haven't been able to wrap my head around the why or what of their presence. Malevolent or just curious onlookers. I can't decide. Just an FYI, but I am a severe sufferer of sleep paralysis as well, but they rarely show up during these experiences, which for me is often. I do think for some reason as we sleep or get very near sleep, our natural vibrations or frequencies are more in tune with these entities, which allows us to see one another.

nce with the shadow people. I have been able to see dark shadow spiders and snakes since at least 3. I am now 27. The spiders and snakes stayed til I was about a pre teen. It then escalated from that to a dark full grown adult.

Around when I hit high school I started to be able to communicate or hear them talk to me. Also I ended up being able to see a dark child and she was pretty much 3 dimensional. I would always sence or see one out by my side every time I was away from the house.

In the place I'm currently in now I have been able to look directly at the shadow people for a period of time and look away and they are gone. I now have a bunch of shadow ppl out side my building. As well as all over in my house. I can actually now see large animals and big game animals like bears and deer. I also see smaller 3 dimensional animals as well on my deck like, I have a cat that lays around on my deck or walks around in the house some times.

They have verbally communicated and also physically communicated to me. When they speak to me its a very loud voice and not negative in any way. I can actually feel them touch me when they come sit with me I get a cold tingling sensation where they touch me it's usually my arm or face. I see all types and many at a time. I see some whizz by the corner of my eye, and some that hang around for a whil.

I can see them all day long in the house and out side. I have experienced them moving things around on me for Years. It never really bothers me I have grown accustom to this. I hear them whispering quiet clearly too. I hear them make small noises around the house. I leave them alone and they really don't bother me.

My boy friend and I were watching a show before bed and he looked out side and "holy cow! Do you see that they are like shadow fairies dancing." I looked out side and I as well seen them they came in to the room as we were heading to bed. That wasnt his first time seeing them but the first time actually bbeing able to watch them them for over an hour.

I hear people say they have had a negative experience with the shadow ppl. I dont understand but studying more in depth with why they are always around me. My kids also see and hear them my youngest talks and plays with one some times. I have not had one negative encounter yet. I am also saying some nights I am a bit jumpy and they do give me small scare but other than that nothing. I hope this was helpful and if any one has tips for me that would be appreciated

Freaky. Hope you find a way to stop them coming. Open the Bible every morning and night, read a bit outloud and leave it open. Wear the rosary. Thats what I wanna do. God bless you.

Hi, did anything else happened after posting? I would advise not to care about any kind of ghost, only pray for them, dont show them anything, dont interract. Avoid! You cannot and should not make house with a ghost, try bannishing it with prayers. God help you. Dont be hostile with them if not necessary. Live a peaceful life, thats what a ghost should respect-your privacy.

I had no shadow experience and hopefully never will. Recently, while sleeping next to my daughter, at night, maeby around 11 pm, I felt such great peace, I was thankful of my life, just before closing my eyes and almost almost! felt asleep in my wonderful state of mind, which I havent been able to have since a very long time.... Next, the most evil feeling next to me,I felt it as if I were a radar.I knew it cannot harm me-I am a child of God. It did scared me,also surprised me how did it dared! to enter my house and stand next to me.I instinctively knew I wont see anything if I opened my eyes, so it was. And no feeling also!!!!!! If I would closed them a second again, I would still feel it there! So its just about frequinces maeby, maeby this world is phisical just to us?! Who knows? I didnt feel it like a ghost, a person, not necessarily, more like just evil, that just wanted to drag me to its emptiness. It was too strong to be just a ghost....I attracted it with my happiness and wholeness....I'm flattered I've reached a point of complete gratitude, where there were no reproaches towards me, others or God.now I will pray more, specially after reading all your experiences, they do make me stronger, thank you for sharing, we are normal! of course.

Non religious my whole life. For some reason I feel they are good most of them just not all. Nothing bad ever happens to me at all. I feel like they are almost protecting in a way. Thank you

I am a person who helps out for every one eeven if I have nothing there is always something like wisdom to give. And these shadows make me feel like I have actually reached an enlighten stage of my life compete happiness

That may be I my self am from western Canada and it may be the environment and I have alot of energy's around me and I feel and feed off all of it. I my self have a lot of positive energy if one can tap in to it well you have quiet an openess on an understanding or a ttheory of euphoria and that is the achievement one arrives for. I don't think it all depends on where you live but how open minded and in tune with your self and surroundings.

It's really so strange you have such kind of life going around you...I'm curious how your little friends would react if you would try just try to believe in God and read the bible outloud for a while...Would they still be the same? But you must really really try with all your heart to BELIEVE there is SOMEONE great who created ALL! I will pray for you. I respect your beliefs, I just hope you are not tricked...I just hope you do find God, God is there for you. You can't see Him, but He is all the good in your heart, the One who always gaved you the good advice. If you would be in danger, wouldn't you shout "God help me!!!!!!"? Hope you try my advice. Even if the beings won't respond to the plan I gave you, you should still try and BELIEVE and attend once in a while a sermon, it cannot do you bad.Watch the movies of Jesus Christ. I love so much the part of his birth and his pure mother and father. God being born poor, the angel giving the news.... hope it touches your soul too.It cant be but true!

Well I hope you are in a good tune and God really did gave you this gift even if you dont acknowledge Him. I would not give up on Jesus for nothing in the world, He is the best I have, my best friend. Anyone could let you down, anyone could harm your body, but your soul is unbreakble in His hands, He is the hope, the life, the bread on your table....this is how I feel. I am complete if I have Him, the Allmighty. He is not someone who wants to be higher than you, wants to be your friend, wants to teach you how to live in harmony and how great is his love for you, wants you to know Him. And we do own Him that, we should be grateful, we have no credit for our souls, we didnt just created ourselves, but God did create all, He is a mystery, but a real one....not an invented one. Hope you are not bored Im just full of love and respect for God!

Hi the reason why i googled shadow people is because I seen one when i was about 11 years old I never forgot about it. It is very scary but very true. The creature or thing I saw was short maybe about 4 feet tall it was definitely not human, it had a very round head. It didn't have a hat or a coat like the one I read in this blog and I didnt see a head, but what scared me is that your blog talks about being paralyzed. When i saw it that's exactly how i felt. I was sleeping at my cousins house and i saw it in the hall way i was trying to go use the bathroom and when I saw it I became paralyzed. It was a .

There is always more to it though. The inability to move was it self driven fear, or was it something external?

As for the hat and coat, well you should read this thread (ATS: Shadow People: what do they do?), and yes it's my thread I'm plugging, but in my defense I've been studying them for 20 years now. Not ghosts, but Shadow People. I've read reports, talked to people first hand, went to places and have seen them in person (it's talked about in the thread)
