ATLANTA (WXIA) -- Just as 11Alive's DeMarco Morgan referred to the eternal flame at the tomb of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Atlanta on 'The Rundown at 10' Monday night, the flame went out.
Not to fear, the flame was back up and burning a short time later.

There is an experiment where you take several LEDs and wire them up so that they randomly blink at different time intervals. Eventually every single LED will turn on at the same exact time. This is what could be considered a scientific demonstration of synchronicity.
Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance and that are observed to occur together in a meaningful manner. The concept of synchronicity was first described in this terminology by Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychologist, in the 1920s.

No dangitt you, Des. I had to go back and watch again after what you said.
On further examination there is that camera 'break-up' in the form of an intermittent line of 'noise' right in line with the flame.
What then goes 'into' the flame looks almost like a reflection of the flames themselves along that same approximate noise line. I've been shooting video for a long time and I can't recall experiencing that, but...
