If you already do these three things then great! If not, well, here they are:
[01] - Stop judging people. ===========================================
There was a recent Taco Bell commercial that just came out:

I mean, do we really have to analyze everyone we meet 24/7?
The Holy Bible might not be everyone's favorite literature in the world but here's an important piece from the book of Matthew (Chapter 7):
1 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be
measured to you.
You might be asking, how does this help me? Simple. Forming judgments are a waste of your time. Stop making opinions of people and you realize you
don't need them.
[02] - Stop caring about another person's opinion of you. ======================
Speaking of judging. Here is a line from the Fight Club film:
TYLER DURDEN: "You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your
wallet. You're not your f*cking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world."
What this point boils down to is that a person is not their material possessions. To further illustrate this, here is a passage from The Game by Neil
Strauss (around page 77, and no, it's not the "real" Rasputin):
"There is no such thing as fear," Rasputin replied. "Emotions are just
energy and motion that you trap inside your body because of a thought."
Mini-Clark Kent stared at him stupidly.
"Do you know how you get over it?" Rasputin looked at his interlocutor
like a wrestler about to break a folding chair in half. "You don't shower
or shave for a month, until you smell like a sewer. Then you walk around
for two weeks wearing a dress and a goalie mask with a dildo strapped to
the front. That's what I did. And I will never be afraid of public humiliation
again."
[03] - Practice Pacifism =============================================
I don't know about you but I am somewhat irritated from the Internet advertised self defense and martial arts training for sale. We, as civilized
humans, need to evolve to the point where we don't commit acts of violence against each other. Some of you might be thinking "But there are bad
people out there and we need to defend ourselves!" Here is something you should know: A society based on violence won't last.
Also, from Martin Luther King:
"The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy."
Let me know what you think.
