Riddle me this: If "Chemtrails" are real-

If "chemtrails" are real, then why wouldnt it just be done under the cover of darkness? I have seen contrails at night and you can tell they are from commercial planes. I mean, Im pretty sure if a government was trying to manipulate weather patterns and drop deadly toxins on its citizens, then why wouldnt they at least try to hide it a little bit? Release the hounds!!!!!

Well simply because they wouldnt need to.
Lets say they are real, people are just going to call believers crazy regardless.
I dont know if they are real, all I know is that it wouldnt be suprising at all and with our impact on the environment it seems crazy not to try and bring weather down to a normal level.
Countries compete like a game of monopoly, and they will do anything to be a better producer. We know weather manipulation is easy in theory so it would be dumb of them not to make better seasons for farmers.

ideas:

-More planes fly during the day, for better grid coverage.

-It could be that the sun has to do with the "activation" of whatever the "formula" is.

-To make it seem perfectly normal, because people would still see them at night.

Because when most people look up they don't think twice about what it may be. And because all they have to do is go on fox and say it is okay and people believe it. They could say its vitamin c for boys and girls and people would believe it lol

I thought about the sun activation but I dismissed it because I cant think how the sun would activate any chemicals I can think of. Plus they could easily just engineer something that does not need the sun light.

There could be chemical compounds we don't know about. I'm off in the realm of "could", just reaching for ideas. I truly think they need ample coverage, and nighttime flights don't provide the needed frequency.

Here planes may not fly after midnight. So, in the summer it wouldn't work. It's light till 10pm or later.

And question 2, "Sun activation" could just be the heat/light energy.
ETA Supposedly some of the particles are metal, metal tends to react well to changes in temperature, but also like many other things, water boils quite easily too. Hopefully not too much in the atmosphere though.

The sky needs to be kept saturated because without saturation there is no cover.

My guess is that you have a lot of moisture in the air there right now, Dr. Randell Barry said.

Contrails (or "Cirrus aviaticus" if you're feeling snooty) are the long, skinny clouds that form behind airplanes. As with any other cloud, they need condensation and a little dust to form. Luckily for them, passing airplanes provide both. All the air has to do is be full of moisture.

Airplane exhaust contains both water vapor and some fine particles, Dr. Barry explained. When added to the surrounding moist air, the water vapor is enough to saturate the air, allowing the water vapor to condense on the small particles. And voila: Just like that, a cloud is born!

If the air is moist enough, the contrails may linger for a while. Otherwise, they may vanish almost as soon as they came. This morning, though, they lingered.

Saturation efforts cannot take a holiday at sundown. In order to obscure vision, 24/7 needs to be maintained.

To my one-liner friend: nothing is clear; everything is obscured. You name it and it's obscured. If I look at you through a piece of saran wrap, you're not clear and with two pieces I can still see that you have eyes etc. but it's not clear. The sky is never crystal anymore because of the constant spraying which creates a constant haze which obscures everything. Looking at the sky it seems clear but the star count and clarity is way down.

My sky is crystal clear and as blue as can be, most days this time of year it's like this.

Well, I am a mile high and I see no haze? I think you perhaps have something wrong with your vision, cataracts maybe?
