I think I agree with that, and just like I know about some things, I might want to help protect others from falling into the same trap.

You originally asked if I was comparing the two (selling crack n watching porn) , which I wasn’t, what I was comparing was the idea of someone being in your personal business affairs, hence the analogy !

Us "deviants" may be making light but this has serious ramifications.
1st Ammendment being one of them. Free expression.

One mans porn is another mans erotica is another mans *yawn*.

Porn differs from society to society.

Showing an ankle in some countries can get you killed.

Other countries nudity is a "meh".

What it comes down to (in America) is the freedom to express yourself. Either in words (ATS) in photos (porn sites) in music, literature, ad nauseum.

So don't downplay the fight for porn.

Because if they can take that away, a general issue you may have with your local dog catcher might also become "taboo" next.

We need to KEEP jobs, not lose them. What will all the porn actors do??

Oh, I know. . . still make porn.

All Ron Paul has to do now is to start Pro-Porn advertising, and spread the message about how the other canidates want to get rid of your pr0n.

This isn’t trying to get into your personal sex life, if you want to have a get together with who ever fine, it just wants to remove something that is not morally sound from the block.

If you had a crack house on your block you would be all up in their business trying to get it shut down and removed, would'nt you? Ok same thing here!

Im guessing you are saying if I watch porn on my computer, that is okay. (because you said Block, as is my neighborhood), But, if there is a porn house on my block, that is NOT okay.

I believe I understand this. Of course I wouldnt want a crack house on my block. Neither would I like a porn house business. Residential communities are just that, they are supposed to be...Residential

When it comes to businesses, (such as a porn house...as in literally a porn business), I expect those to stay in business areas (commercial zones, not in housing areas). But...if 2 couples are just making a video or something, that's fine with me in my neighborhood, just as long as what they are doing dosent turn into a "business" with constant traffic, such as a crack house turns into

It's not so much the fact that it's porn, but the idea of what it represents. Freedom of expression. I'd say that's a pretty important thing.

What a surprise, 3 "conservative" politicians trying to run our lives, and decide what we can and cannot do.

Course to these candidates they are looking at the throne and in that chair the country is their “block”
So protecting the overall image of the “block/country” from filth infecting people . . . . .

If porn becomes illegal, I'm predicting rape crimes will skyrocket. People will need to take their sexual frustration somewhere, it's not just gonna disappear.

It would put too many people out of work (mostly in California )
All the lost taxes .. revenue .. unemployment ... Nope .. won't happen.

If they actually said it then chalk it up to political pandering to the far right.
