What is happening near south tip of Greenland? Sea water is 5°C degrees colder than usually this time? Is this effect of North Atlantic Oscillation? Same time there is warm spot between Iceland and Greenland, where sea water is 3°C degrees warmer.

Yes, and if you look carefully at this map, and compare it to a map of culanic activity, earth gravity map, and seafloor spreading maps, you will see that these "hotter" areas, all are on the tip points of these maps.

The heat, is from below ...
