Idealogical Dating

It should be preferential considering the "team" mentality needed to make a marriage work.

Likemindedness is good for all things when looking for a lasting relationship. But it's normally the heart of the crotch messing things up.

But wait, True Lies, Socialist discust you? Why? Should a people (like the swiss) choose to be socialist, cool. It's a worthy system, and one that can work (only like most things not on a large scale) as well as the one we have now.

Truthfully, if the first criteria of a person you meet is what box they are checking off on the ballot, your priorities are out of whack. I'm not saying it is irrelevant, but it's just like any other difference. Whether it be race, religion, or preferred cooking time of T-bone steak; its good, its bad, and most of the time it doesnt really matter too much.

Anyway, just because I have Osama Klingon doesn't mean I'm a trekkie (even though I am). Also, how does not wanting to be in the same room with someone who loves the Giggling Murderer make me intolerant? It's not like I hate them for something they can't help, like skin color or whatnot.
