Man I miss Scully and Molder.
I think that was the best show that ever played on FOX.
I especially liked the movies that they made.
So, what was your favorite episode of all time!

The one where Scully is lay down on a table of sorts in a white Nighty and it looks like she has a anti gravity bra on think it was a weird dream bit.
An early one is the firestarter fella one, I liked that one

I liked the one that was sort of a crossover with COPS. I believe they were tracking a werewolf.

I was sooo hooked on that show !
I think my fav was the one where they were underground and tripping on some fungus or shrooms or something. can't remember all the details now wish i could see it again.

after mulder left and that other guy came in, it just wasn't the same, was it?

Otherwise, Clive Bruckman's Final Repose is also great. And the vampire episode Bad Blood with Luke Wilson! Man, season 3 was great...

I loved the episode with the super soldiers. I thought they were going to finish that out.

It was good back in the day.
When Mulder left though, it went downhill quick.

If redone, would need to be with new people likely (haven't seen what Gillian Anderson is looking like or doing these days), but I'd be willing to give it a shot.

In a way, Fringe is the new X-Files.

Peter Boyle was great in "Clive Bruckman" . He's like Cristopher Walken ... been playing the same character since the 70's, but owning it!

All good episodes.

My favorites where in season six, where Mulder and Scully have to move into a prim and proper neighborhood to investigate this thing that lives in the ground and makes sure everything is perfect. And in the first season the one 'Darkness Falls' where the insects get released from an ancient tree and start eating people.

There are a ton of great X-files episodes and it was truly one if the best shows on TV.

As for Fringe being similar, maybe, but recently that show started to go downhill. The two universes, and now Peter doesn't exist, it's getting to be too much.
