Edith Pfeffer, Clinton County Chairwoman Correct- Romney Wins Iowa-GOP Confirms [VIDEO]

So CNN is on the phone right now with the Chairwoman from Clinton County- apparently there was a miscommunication in the reporting of one of the precincts of Clinton County- the one specifically in question (2-2) was called in a little before 8 pm, but the cause of the confusion has yet to be determined.
So, the reason it hasn't been reported by the state is because they are trying to figure out the cause of the confusion before they officially release the results.
The Romney party was just told they have in fact won- by 14 votes.

Sure they did....

2nd line.....

Chairwoman told them these are the totals for Clinton County:

ROMNEY: 437
SANTORUM: 354
PAUL: 292

therefore Iowa totals:
ROMNEY: 30015
SANTORUM: 30001

Therefore, this means that
Romney wins by 14.

This is what the Romney camp was just told minutes ago (that he won by 14 votes)

Math adds up.

Whose math exactly?

GOP said Santorum total was 30007, therefore Romney wins by only 8 votes.
EIGHT.
