“Now what we’ve learned from the Hawaii birth certificate is that Mr. Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States.

ah, Obama's Iron Curtain as it were... the "I'm black so, you are a racist hillbilly if you disagree with me"
if the governator made a run for office i would dismiss him as well. cuz he is Austrian of course.
*sigh*
But Obama isn't an Austrian. He isn't anything but an American. A black American. To you, that's the same as being a known immigrant. How is that not racist?
Yeah but his father was a foreigner, and he was raised in Jakarta. If he was the son of an American couple, this would be a non-topic.
I'm tired of listing all of our past presidents who had foreign parents so you can just look at my previous posts on this thread. It was a non-topic for all of those presidents.

ATLANTA – On Jan. 3, 2012, Georgia Administrative Law Judge Michael M. Malihi, who consolidated several cases challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be placed on the primary ballot in Georgia, issued an order denying Obama’s motion to dismiss those challenges.

Georgia Election Code states: “Every candidate for federal and state office … shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”
Despite the clear language of the code, Obama claimed, in his motion to dismiss, the law doesn’t apply to presidential primaries.
Irion called that argument “absurd” and stated, “If the state of Georgia intended presidential primaries to not be considered elections it would not codify the administration of such primaries within Title 21 of Georgia’s codes, entitled ‘Election Code.’”
Irion argued the code does not include an exception for presidential candidates because the legislature didn’t intend to make such an exception.
Pointing to the absurdity of Obama’s argument, Irion said in order for it to make sense, the presidential primary would need to be administered without candidates.
“However,” he wrote, “Georgia Election Code specifically requires the political parties to ‘submit to the secretary of state a list of the names of the candidates of such party to appear on the presidential preference primary ballot’ … the list of names submitted by the parties to the secretary of state are ‘candidates’ in the presidential primary.”
Irion noted the relevant portion of statute states, “The secretary of state … may challenge the qualifications of any candidate prior to the presidential primary.”
He said, “Since no one has been elected to the office of President of the United States for the term of office beginning in January 2013, today is still ‘any time prior to the election of such candidate.’”
Irion called Obama’s conclusion that the issue raised by Welden was “soundly rejected by 69,459,897 Americans in the 2008 elections” “offensive to the Constitution” and said, “This statement reflects a complete lack of understanding regarding constitutional protections.”

Probably the one he showed to Nancy Pelosi to qualify. ...
The proper legal text used on the DNC Party "Official Certification of Nomination" document reads as follows;
"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."
The document is signed by Chair of the DNC Convention and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond and Colorado Notary of Public Shalifa A. Williamson. It is dated August 28, 2008.
However, this document was never delivered to a single state DNC Office for state certification, and it was therefore, never presented to any state Election Commission as certification of Obama and Biden.
Instead, a very similar document was delivered to fifty state DNC offices, that those offices certified to each of fifty state Election Commissions, who then date-stamped the document and stuck it in a file cabinet, and proceeded to place these "certified" candidates on the ballot.

A child born of naturalized citizens on US soil is a natural born citizen. And furthermore, those past Presidents weren't born and/or raised in other countries.
So no past President was born of a foreign parent and raised outside of the US.

Let's assume the following:
1. Barack Obama is not his real name
2. Barack Obama was born on the mainland of the USA
3. Barack Obama's biological mother is not Ann Durnham
4. Barack Obama's biological parents are both American born
Barack Obama's birth certificate can't be found in Hawaii because none exist there
Barack Obama's birth certificate can't be found in Kenya because he was'nt born there either
Barack Obama has taken the identity of a the son of Ann Durnham because none of her family are alive

Being born on foreign soil of an American parent is a bit different.
