There's obviously no arguement that there's weather modification taking place, and as such they are SPRAYING materials that are designed to interact and help form rain inducing clouds.

Cloud seeding operations do not form clouds. They attempt to take advantage of existing clouds by dispersing hydroscopic materials within them and beneath them (allowing thermal lift to draw the materials into the cloud).

No need to nitpick Phage...my point was 'help induce rain forming' not 'help form clouds'.

BTW, what on earth are 'hydroscopic' materials? That's a new one to me...or did you mean: hygroscopic?
