I hardly call a statistical 3-way tie a rejection.

No conspiracy theories here and I don't expect Paul to drop out because of tonight.

Had to get off the C span site literally made me sick to my stomach....... Rick Santorum the virtual nobody takes a close lead for first when he wasn't even considered in top 3 yesterday???? I lost hope for this country, words cannot express how deeply saddened I am by this right now.........

Large portion of the caucus goers are complete morons. Santorum jumps up from single digit numbers to first place in a few days, and why exactly? The "surge" works wonders I suppose..

Romney will not beat Obama. Isn't that sad that so much time, money and effort by the "GOP Establishment" is going to get wasted when a real viable candidate who can beat Obama is discredited and discounted?

Romney couldn't beat an egg for an omelette.

It's just amazing that the majority of the people in the USA are not smart enough to see how the media spins the election process.

Everybody take notice that Santorum has absolutely nothing outside of Iowa. No organization, no funding, no support.

Ron Paul is the anti-Romney and still has 20% solid support in NH.

50% in, and Ron Paul is a couple thousand votes out of 1st.

Yes...first lost feed of the night for CNN, oddly when a veteran supporting Paul was contradicting the foreign policy "wisdom" of the party.

Don't you need to go avenge your sister that someone dropped a house on, or something?

Of course I will stay optimistic, but we have to be real here. A victory in Iowa would have catipulted Paul's numbers in New Hampshire. Hell, a strong second place showing would have at the very least given him a slight boost in NH. However, a third place finish does nothing for him. If he starts off with two second/third place showings, it does not bode well for the long run. As it stands, Paul is NOT polling well in South Carolina or Florida. If we are looking at four straight losses, Paul has no chance.

And let's also remember - Mccain came in fourth in Iowa last time, if I recall.

The momentum of a close or winning finish for Paul will be very nice, though.

anderson just made a comment saying people online are going to think "loosing the signal" is a consparicy.

Hardcore conservative here and if RP doesn't get the nomination I'm staying home come general election night. The GOP obviously hasn't figured it out yet, stubborn people!
