No prob it easy when you know how.

When you start a new post above the white text box there another
box called VID:YOUTUBE.

Click it and a box asking for the you tube video number will pop up.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=_crNUYe3q8g&feature=related

Now this is the address for the sydney video you just need to copy
and paste the number between the two =

In this case _crNUYe3q8g&feature

And thats it.
