Diamond....I think we ALL have a little part of ourselves that we share with NO ONE....including our partners. I think it is best for it to stay that way. If you think about it, it would be a bad thing to know every little detail...there would be a lot of hurt feelings most likely. We all have our secrets....and I really don't want to know (unless it were something that could harm me in some way). We never truely know another person 100%.

I am pretty sure most of them do have an other life, or secret life that they dont keep in the forefront....I really do not now why they do that, especially since stuff like this is kind of obvious once you get to know the person or persons a little.

Personally I find it strange, but I know why they do that, as well as do you op. It's not hard to find out why some of these secret extra relationships happen...And that is, because they get off it, and they like it....Really its as simple as that.

Among the secrets of this world this is not even on the list. And its basically just comes down to that there are just people who don't want to look or see it, and there are people who get off on it especially when they think people don't see or look, and especially if they think it will cause some drama.

Basically it's all a game or an act, Shakespeare once said that all of life is a stage and all the men and women merely players... Shakespeare was right.

It is all an act, and they all follow a script.

Everything you can do and think of is a form of labeling.

There has not been one day that has gone that we and I mean everybody is not being labeled...# in some days I get labels like every other hour. And if there is a female involved I get labeled a bunch of things in there mind every second...And usually there all way off the mark.

Sorry labeling is a part of life, everybody does it...And those who do it the most are those who say that they don't do it.

Here is a question, how many labels do you think I got labeled with with my response a few posts back?

And coincidentally in crowds is were you will find the most labels....Or not so coincidentally.

You know what is really scarey? The secret life of someones partner may be that of a serial killer.....many of the former spouses of serial killers that have been caught....didn't know.

Typically, secret lives give themselves away if the partner is aware of subtle changes in their patterns of behavior. Any change in habits or patterns is a dead give-away. A partner who suddenly has to work late all the time, or go into work extra-early all of a sudden, is a red flag. A partner who suddenly wants to do things with the kids but without you, when they never had an interest before, is a red flag. A partner who previously was a slob who didn't care how they looked, suddenly wants to get into shape, is sometimes a red flag. A partner who suddenly encourages you go to places without them, or who wants to go places without you, is a big red flag. Money disappearing from the bank account, and lame excuses from your partner as to why, is a red flag.

Bottom line: Deviations from the norm should always be questioned. If your partner is defensive and tries to make you out to be the bad guy because you are inquiring about changes in their behavior, you'd better believe they are hiding something.
