We at present are in need of real leadership.
Someone with honor that's soul cannot be bought.

We have had such leaders, Eisenhower, Lincoln, Kennedy... the first one warned us about the Military Industrial Complex... the other two were shot

What we need is a Benevolent Dictator... one that actually has the power to make things happen unlike the current puppets on the throne.

I would volunteer
but I already know how hard it is to keep order in a small group, so it would be impossible on a large group like the USA... so your on your own

That is a utopian dream. WHO would decide what the fair share is and who would decide who cleans the toilets? While your dream sounds nice, it would not be practical. Without traffic lights, do you really trust your fellow man to follow Order and take turns at a crossing? Take away the stop signs at an intersection, will people look and think and watch out for the other guy or will they just go for it because there is no control? It is the same thing.

You cannot have society all just ruling themselves. It cannot work. There have to be shepherds and flocks. Mankind has a long way to go before your concept could even begin to be accepted by a few

A dream you say.
Is it?
Take a look at this please:
Is this the end of the road for traffic lights?

What do you think now zorgon?

The experience with traffic circles and rotaries in the US was almost entirely negative, characterized by high accident rates and congestion problems. By the mid 1950s, construction of traffic circles and rotaries had ceased entirely. The experience with traffic circles in other countries was not much better until the development of the modern roundabout in the United Kingdom during the 1960s.

Hmmm well seems like it took us 100 years before we figured out how to use them

Sure a roundabout is an alternative to stoplights, but removing the stoplights WITHOUT replacing the entire system without having an alternative? Utter chaos

Now extrapolate that to human civilization as a whole... I still say its a dream

From Wiki but all other sources say same thing.

...Almost all traffic lights and signs have been removed in the town's center in an effort to improve traffic safety, based on the theory that drivers pay more attention to their surroundings when they cannot rely on strict traffic rules. Previously the town's center had an average of 8 accidents per year. Since the new system was introduced in 2003, this has been reduced to effectively 0

I think that adding rules and implementing more control methods only decreases communication (of all kind) between us humans, witch in turn always increases chaos in our society's.
This applys to all aspects of our living, not just traffic.
Would you agree?

What would I do if I found out I was related to the powers that be? Could that be if I was related to the 13 illuminati bloodlines? I looked last night on one web site and according to one guy, just about everyone with any ancestry in Europe is related somewhow to just about everyone else. Russia too and it goes on and on. I bet if you could go back far enough in time, we might all be related. Who knows, maybe mankind originated from one or two people? Wouldn't that be amazing, we could all be related! Actually according to the same web site, I was wondering how my last name got shorted in the whole process. According to one guy, my last name created one of the bloodlines but my last name isn't even mentioned. On another web site, one person is related to another and on and on. Before you know it, we're all related. All I got to say is Attila the Hun had a lot of kids. If there was some evil plot to get me to marry a beautiful and nice Hungarian blond girl to mix my blood, I might fall for it. Bring it on.

Other than that if I am related to all that power, they should just give me full power and control of a multi-billion dollar bank account and tell me I can start calling the shots. Who would need Ron Paul, when I could start changing things myself? I'd probably want him and someone like him as an advisor though. I'd want full power over all nations. I'd probably cause an uproar because someone from an average middle class family getting control of the US political system would get it why everyone is so frustated with congress and the president. Anyway this is wishful thinking. If every state has a $25,000 filing fee just to get on a voting ballot, that means only millionaires will ever get elected in this country. That would be especially true if it takes a lot more money to advertise and create counter ads to every fake political ad out there. Reforming our system so that an average American from the Middle Class could get elected with only an average American income would be as radical as some say Ron Paul is. A good question is when did our system of electing a President get out of reach of the majority of Americans?

Now if the question is if I'm related to an alien, then it's too late, another group of aliens already took over most of the US. Everyone acts cold blooded and not too bright and I see that almost everyday when driving around.

Note: If I were suddenly to gain power and a lot of power, I would call the best minds together to know how things worked and get our economy and businesses working better. I would let businesses grow without passing a number of needless new laws. I would enact some reforms. I believe the US needs the law to apply fairly for everyone. Illegal immigrants could stay but would need to pay their fair share if they crossed the border into the US on their own free will. In other words they would get a process to become legal but it would cost more than if they had done it legally in either community hours, military service and/or fines depending upon their best means of getting the job done. Kids of illegals who basically grew up as Americans but just brought as a young kid without free will of their own, would become legal as soon as their parents became legal. I would allow them to share in the community hours of their parents if they wished to help out. The hours might increase for the family if it costs more to bring a whole family legally across the border.

Basically I would enact a lot of reforms. I would get the economy growing much faster. Inflation would grow a bit faster. That happens when your economy is growing fast. Employment would increase dramatically. Budget deficits would shrink dramatically. I might do some of the Ron Paul stuff like abandon a number of foreign military bases in friendly countries and cut out some government departments and have all the other departments enact plans and timelines to carry out reforms within their own departments to improve efficiency and cut costs. They would have goals just like the corporate world does applying lean concepts. As the new supreme ruler until I want to retire, I could enact some of the economic reforms gradually to mitigate the impact of cuts in government spending so that just as many jobs were being created in the private sector. I'd want to know what the government departments do that Ron Paul wants to eliminate. Is that stuff necessary to be done or could someone else do it or is somebody in another department duplicating work? Candidates running for office should be digging into these issues now if it could save a trillion dollars a year in government spending. That's a trillion dollars a year that could be applied to improving this economy or paying off our debt or who knows what.

I would be extremely surprised, although I've never searched my family
