I thought we'd all collectively enjoy this extremely well done Iranian film titled "A Separation". For those of you who covet independent film that
uses subtle nuances in the plot to drive the film, this one was spectacular.
There's so much animosity aimed at and oozing from that part of the world that it was refreshing to see a film like this with a "made in Iran" sticker
on it.
Film:
A Separation
So Netflix it, rent it, stream it, whatever you do. It's an amazing film with strong critiques on moral issues such as lying, divorce, and religion.
And its all presented and handled in a way most Western audiences probably won't expect (at least I didn't).
Anyone seen it already? What did you think?
