It appears that John Kerry has always wanted to give away the U.S. Military. in an article in 1970, Kerry claims that he was an Internationalist.


�I�m an internationalist,� Kerry told The Crimson in 1970. �I�d like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations.�


it seems that Kerry still believes the the UN should dictate US foreign policy, after all he would build up better relationships in order to go to war.
