HI!

i am not suicdal, depressed etc... nor do i need people to tell me that there are good people in the world blah blah i know all that.

However i do not like this world
its a horrible world where people hate each other, cause violence etc

Even today, whats accepted as `humour` is toilet jokes, the `n` word, and foul language.

Songs have lyrics about killing peoiple and disgusting things.

All you see on tv news movies is violence violence violence
And stories where war memorials are desecrated, or old people mugged, or cute puppies drowned, stories like that make my blood boil, they make me spit in disgust at the human race.
I dont like this world i hate it.

And its not just the violent people in the world i dont like, its just most people i dont like - i dont trust them, all they care about is drugs alcohol and getting wasted out of their head.
look at this guy between 25 and 32 seconds..
its not the police thing im bothered about in that video, its just the guy between 25 and 32 seconds - the casual way he tries to screw them over, and thats what most humans are like.

Honest to God my favourite time is when im really tired and i can just lie in bed with a big smile and fall asleep..
that feeling of nothing to worry about etc and that the world doesnt matter temporarily while im asleep is about the most amazing feeling in the world.

I would never ever kill myself using weapons jumping off a roof or drugs or anything like that.
Heck i dont want to kill myself even.

Sometimes you hear about people for no reason passing away peacefull in their sleep,
how does that happen? because ill be honest thats what i really would love

oh and dont give me the whole `oh but ur family will miss u etc`
i get along with my family and i am NOT suicdal.. please undestand that

Replies appreciated

from MARY

can't you just stop reading newspaper / watching tv ? much less harmfull solution to avoid violence if you ask me...
Life is something very egoist... in the end, you live for yourself, and not for the others, and the others don't live for you... So why bothering if the other are just disgusting violent people ? Live your peacefull life and avoid them. and if there is street violence where you are, try going to live in tinyer towns... it's ridiculous to think about your death because other people are violents / disgusting / whatever... as long as you're not their victim... Just ignore them

There are ways, but I won't help you commit suicide. Seek professional help immediately.

Without knowing you, but based on what you have said it seems as if most of your opinions on people are from the main stream media. The main stream media (most newspapers, tv news) in general is skewed to entertainment and sensationalism rather than "news". They concentrate on the shocking, the violent, the tragic... and lies. Step 1, eliminate this trash from your diet. Stop watching T.V., and focus only on a few shows that you enjoy.

Step 2, get involved with some aspect of life outside in the world. Volunteer, join activity groups, get involved in your neighborhood or church activities (if you belong to a church). You'll soon find that most of what you see on the main stream news isn't a fair report on society... not to mention that this benefits the rest of society as well as your own sense of self.

Sure there are jerks out there, but you will soon realize that the glass is half full, not half empty

I feel the same as you when it comes to what this world has come to.
I think we just have to find other ways to be happy. I am happy with
my husband and my pets. I very seldom socialize as I don't want to
see all the disgusting things people do and say to one another.
When I think I can't handle it I don't watch the news, I stay in my
own world. Concentrate on those things that you love and realize
you can't cure the people that are destroying everything.
To say you want to die peacefully in your sleep sounds as if you are
suicidal - see a Dr. to help you with this - don't let it go on and keep
you depressed. You can get help.

Love and Peace

I understand how you feel and cannot offer any solution to the wrongs in the world.

What I can suggest is that you focus on more of the positive - and there's a lot if you look for it.

I've never been a big fan of people, actually I've been a misfit since I was a kid. But I've found some really sweet things about them.

Have you ever spoken to an animal lover who tells you, without any shame, how much they prefer animals to people? Totally not taking into account that you are a 'people'? I always smile and agree because I feel that way too. And yet there we are, chatting away quite happily.

I realised a long time ago that I can't change the world, just my little corner of it. So I do what I can to stack up the 'good' in the world and I don't expect I am the only one doing that. Even people who appear horrible to the rest of us will be doing some good somewhere, for their kids, their dear old mother or their dog.

The people we read about in the papers have led a whole life beyond whatever terrible thing they're being prosecuted for - some of that life must have had some good in it.

I'd like to die in my sleep too - I'm ready to drop without complaint and yet I live as healthily as I can. I might have a bit of a death wish but I'm not going to try and kill myself with smoking or drinking or behaving in any way recklessly.

I do know someone who died in her sleep. At Christmas a couple of years ago. She'd been to a party and gone home and just died. When she was found it was said that she'd look very peaceful. She was a nice woman and although it's a tragedy she died at a reasonably young age, her exit was enviable.

It might help you to go out and just look around at nature, I find it very therapeutic. I realised a few weeks ago that I actually love trees. What a revelation
I've lived around them all my life and probably taken them for granted a bit, but to discover that I loved them was such a good feeling.

It's funny what you can find to appreciate in life, I hope you can find something that means something to you and can help to make your life a little more worthwhile.

Thought I was only one not particularly caring if I woke up tomorrow. Sure, there are lots of things in life that tend to rile up about. Simple accidents, maliciousness or outright callousness that humans tend to display. Things that tend to outweigh the better things at times. If only on account of finally doing an emotional disconnect to the rest of the world. Yeah, there are ways that people die in their sleep. Unless it's purposeful, it's natural causes...things like a diabetic coma to heart failure from old age or even just a broken heart from the loss of a loved one.

Yeah, for my own reasons, namely that my fiancee passed away three days past thanksgiving this year, I've a good idea how you feel. This year, only wanted one thing for christmas, to be with her. Still find myself waiting for the galactic bus.

I get where you're coming from, sometimes I'd like to go to sleep and never return but my heart tells me that even if I don't have to deal with it here. it will haunt me someplace else. In the end I resolve to stick around and ride it to the end because I am suicidal!

Hi Mary. I think most of us have moments like that where we feel like life sucks and so do most of the people in the world. Most people that die in their sleep probably have heart attacks. I don't think that happens very often though. Few people get to die in a painless way. Hang in there! There will be better days.
. There are some good people out there, they are just harder to find than they used to be.

I feel your pain , the world has so much ugly in it .

quote i like to live by

whats the point of life?

"to find the little bit of beauty in all its misery"

the thing about ending ones life , is that there is one less good person in the world to help make the world a better place for the other good people who are also suffering .

There are many peaceful ways to die in your sleep and i would like my death to be that way ! But like you said not sucidel

All you can do is realize how ugly the world is , look up at the sky and go ..either..

wtf god ? is this some sort of sick joke?

wtf aliens ? dropping me off here by accident .?

or

wtf evolution ? this is what you produced with all the tools you had ? you couldn't have boosted the empthy more then the hate and greed?

lol

Hang in there champ, Positive people like you who are sick of the world is needed to help those who don't realize the uglyiness of this world. They need your love kindness and compassion to make there days a little more clear.

If all the good hearted people said screw it and took the plunge , Then we would be left with some evil mother..........

Best way you can die is in your sleep and from a brain aneurysm (artery or vein ruptures in your brain). I had a cousin die form that. She told her husband she had a bad headache and she went to sleep and never woke up, she was 29. In your sleep is about the best way you can go.

I'm too much of a fighter to just lay down and give up. When i die, i will go down fighting...dunno what i will be fighting but it will be something. All my life i have never known anything but fighting. i have been fighting for my life from the moment i was born. I was born to make war on the evil in this world, it has been a never ending war for me. It's one of the things that led me to Jesus Christ. My name in hebrew means "God rescues", and it would seem that he rescued me from birth because i was supposed to die at birth and have crossed deaths threshold 13 times in my life and Jesus keeps me going. Names are prophetic in nature, the ancient hebrew believed your name was what determined the role you had in life.

You can knock me down, but i get right back up and keep going. I refuse to stay down, i will not stay down, i can't. Jesus keeps me going all the time. I just sing his praises and keep going, singing my way into battle the way the Israelites did long ago.

There's no such thing as a painless death - it's simply the length of time you have to endure the pain. Those who die in the sleep - actually wake up due to the pain - it may only be for seconds, minutes but there is no such thing as a painless death unless you die on the operating table!

My great great grandmother died in her sleep, she was about 112 and her sister died around 109, both in there sleep. My vivid memories of my great great grandmother were her cooking fries and eggs and doing garden work and from what my relatives tell me she must have been around 104 + - .

Oh times like this when i type or tell this part of my life i feel so stupid living in a big city and doing what i do for a living.

No, you cannot peacefully die in your sleep. If you could you already would.

So look within yourself and ask you, why do you choose to stay here?

You have a purpose, find it.

You have a life, live it.

You have the awesome power to transform the world around you, do it.

If you do not know how it is done, follow me and I will show you.

With Love,

Your Brother
