I respect his supporters for being supportive about their guy.

Just curious when votes start being cast and (If)it is clear the rest of the American people do not want Ron Paul, what happens?
(Rather he loses in the Nomination Process, or General election).

Will the supporters just accept that most of America just does not want the man leading the country?

Some have bragged about how many guns they have and they will start a revolution by force. I've seen similar arguments from some OWS supporters who are Paul supporters.

So will his supporters just start trying to incite violence?
Will they come up with conspiracy?

Will they just wait another 4 years, maybe he runs again?
Or wait for his son to run?

Just to be honest I'm not a Paul supporter, it goes back further then the Racism scandal. I believe he will probably win Iowa, but I also believe that states goes for the flavor of month. Huckabee won that state and got a show on Fox News. So eh.

Just curious on what the backup plan is.

They will proclaim the system is rigged and Paul won but was robbed. They will then most likely vote for the GOP nominee or a third party candidate (if RP runs).

Considering the amount of Ron Paul supporters, and how badly the U.S needs him right now(in their darkest hour), i would say something like what is happening in russia right now would happen. Putin is blamed for rigging the polls as you know, and thousands of protesters are in the streets. I would suggest you point your eyes that direction, if it ends up in violence or an overthrow of the government over that, something similar can happen. Of course the status quo would say the exact same thing as putin is saying right now "even if the protesters are important people, they are still a minority..."

Of course, what the real thruth is about those matters, very few can know. But we DO know that rigged polls have happened in the past in all kinds of countries, even in the U.S as have been shown in several threads lately...

The world will immediately stop turning. There will be fire everywhere. Zombies, they will rise from the grave and begin their assault. Or even worse, we'll get four more years of Obama.

I think Paul is the only politician who says what he believes and not just spouting BS to get elected ...

and my mother is starting to think that since all of the MSM is against Paul so she is seriously looking at paul. She says that because the "party" elite don't want him that means that establishment is trying minamize paul because he is against the corporate/party status quo.

The economy will get steadly worse, until the US finally admits to the rest of the world that it is fully bankrupt. This will cause a world wide depression the likes the world has never seen.

The american citizens will continue to lose more freedoms at an increasing pace until we are no longer a "free" country.

The constitution will no longer be supreme law, and will eventually become nothing more than a quirky piece of history.

“If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.”

I will lose all faith in baby boomers and their parents. (Our parents and grand parents)
I will come to grips with the fact that America will be completely impoverished in 10 years.

I will quit thinking that my words can change a thing... The only hope I will have is to see my fellow Americans storm Washington with our right to bear arms... Take this country back with Ron Paul, or fall like Rome!

My response would be dictated by the circumstances surrounding a Paul loss.

If there are no suspected cases of voting fraud, if the exit polls match up, and everything seems to be legit I will look at 3rd party candidates or I will simply not vote.

Would these Ron Paul posts STOP?!!

There is NO way Ron Paul will EVER be US PResident!

Even if 99% of America voted for him he would NEVER be PResident.

The Electoral College picks the US PResident, not the people. America's Royal Families WILL put into power who will make them money.

Ron Paul won't make them money.

Funny how for the first time ever the Iowa caucus is being marginalized! It wasn't until Ron Paul was the front runner in Iowa that you started hearing the Huckabee comparison. Not even when Bachman was the short lived front runner did you hear that! A month ago everyone says he doesn't have a chance in hell at winning Iowa, today they say there is no chance he will ever win the primary, and very shortly they will be saying he doesn't have a prayer to win the presidency. My question is how many times does Ron Paul have to prove you all wrong?

Paul lost in 2008 but his popularity increased because people saw the country just getting worse. I'm guessing a similar thing would happen, Ron Paul would be on the sidelines giving a play by play of the countries collapse, he already said he would stay active even if not in politics.

The establishment would do better if they let Ron Paul deal with the collapse of the dollar as opposed to trying to cover it up and making things worse.

I see voter fraud claims incoming on this site...No matter how BS the claim is it will be posted here. Some will be happy to believe it in my opinion.

It was marginalized in 2008 also after Huckabee won...
No conspiracy there..

There was good proof of voter fraud last time in NH where multiple counties had 1 or 0 voting for Paul. He is more popular now but he was still well known in 2007-2008.

Do you mean the same way all of the straw polls, online polls, Iowa polls that Ron Paul has won or is winning have been criticized?

I don't count online polls.

Straw polls are kinda worthless no matter the candidate.

In My Opinion.

Yes, the world will stop turning!

The same way as it stopped turning ALL the other times in the past where about 50% of the population was "against" whoever was elected.

Hint: There is always a big percentage of people who "reject" since in a democracy rarely 100% vote for the same guy. Your question..makes me shake my head...

Edit:

Let's assume a pretty "average" vote as it was the case MANY times in the past already, let's assume RP would actually become pres and ON AVERAGE w/ 50% of the votes....so..means the other 50% are likely "rejecting" him.

If you need more information....get a book on how democracy works and voting and everything?
