Message to NSW Police - Australia

Senior constable Daniel Murphey of Chatswood police. The night your assailants (colleagues) dragged me out of my home (after a violent attack upon my home by known drug dealers) whereby I was violently bashed with hands tied cowardly behind my back in the carpark and under camera in Chatswood police station I say this - your brave actions to remove your colleagues and prevent further battery to me was brave and just. HOWEVER you son are the very reason justice will come - as your actions were then corroded by your lies during the internal investigation.

To subsequently have a gun placed to my temple by a chatswood police officer months later after being made to kneel and hold a bible is a crime that will be punished.

Since my having the balls to stand up to you thugs you have assaulted me 5 times, threatened to plant drugs, threatened me with rape, called my few clients with lies, called my insurance company to deny a claim and far worse that I wont say (it is in my will with all evidence required for my peers).

People stand up now - Never ever give up there are brave people fighting the establishment hard and to the end. We are the ones history will be proud to count. R u?

I am so sorry you had to go through that.

My son is going through equally bad times and I don't know how to help him.

I get the jist of what you are saying, but I would have a better understanding if you would give us a detailed explanation.

Sounds to me like you were treated horribly.

You ever see that movie where the guy gets revenge on the cops that wronged him? thats a good movie . I think there needs to be a paradigm shift when it comes to cops and their violent acts, really all that needs to happen is cops need to be held to the same standard that the individual is. In other words its OK for a cop to punch you in the face, but if you punch back its assault on a police officer. paradigm shift. police need to be taken off the pedastool.

No but as a result of all this I have been criminalised with death threats to the police that simply did not happen = all my corrospondence is now monitored - email and phone. My gag order ended 2 weeks ago.

The point is that police treat people badly.

They arrest them wrongly.

They beat them.

Do not post here lightly, please.

I looked up a camera in the carpark of chatswood police station, Sydney, Australia and had the foolish thought that they would not/could not get away with this.....lol. they have and then some.

did you know that they passed a law that it is illegal to smoke in your own home if minors are present ok i agree with that idea now does that give them the right to bust your door down on suspicion of said act soon it will be stay at home IF you have one after 600 pm come on Australia what happened to the mans country . she wont be right mate not now . so sad !!

What exactly prompted the cops to arrest you in the first place? Sydney is becoming a hole of a place frankly, I lived there all my life. Canberra ain't much better but Canberrans haven't yet made the transition to nightly stabbings and shootings.

Please know the message here is the impunity to which police can act violently and then be protected by their colleagues to the end.

Just because a police officer doesn't particpate in this behaviour doesn't make him good. If you stand by as witness and fail to arrest the bad cop - you are just as bad

What is PIC? I went to the comissioner of police and ambudsman. Again there is video footage of this - Anon can you help me?

If you want to stop the harrasment this is what I would do -

1. If you can afford it, you need to go to a very high profile, succesful legal firm with experience in handling these matters and get some advice from them. They will know what buttons to push and any letters to the PIC, Ombudsmen or direct to the police hold a lot more weight when they come from a high profile legal team than from you.

2. If you can't afford the high profile get whatever legal help your budget can afford even it is legal aid.

3. Alan Jones - I hate the guy but he is effective. Ring him or any of the high profile talk back radio and tell your story.
