Well, from my opinion, the rock seems to be floating and if you look closely enough, you could see the emission of the "vehicle" (The three circles). However, it is possible that it could just be another trick of the eye.

I've circled it in red in each of the photos up until the closest enlargements. It's obvious.

you can see it this way or that way

imho its a depression with a small hill in its middle
I guess there might be a photo from the same area with a different sun-angle, and you may find that to be a crater, lets dig it

Well, for those who couldn't really see it, I've highlighted and traced the special "rock".

That's it. If one would actually look at the series of SEVEN photos in my OP one would see that I've circled it repeatedly in each successive enlarged capture until the last couple of photos where the subject of the thread is more than readily apparent.

Here is a tracing of the shape for those who still can't see it:

Pardon the crude attempt as freehand drawing.
Now if this isn't obvious then I just don't know what else to try.

Yup, you're right. It looks more like a rock:

www.blogcdn.com...

than a vehicle with large treads:

www.theengineer.co.uk...

Shame on me for my ignorance of basic shapes.

All I see is rocks and shadows.
And what kind of vehicle "emissions" would there be on the moon? Am I wrong in understanding that a combustion engine will not work on the moon?
Also, even IF one would, do you really think the exhaust would be visible from 49.07 kilometers altitude?
edit on 26-12-2011 by ShadowLink because: incorrect # of km's

I don't see any "emissions". Someone else said that.
I do see tread tracks behind the thing though.

And it is obviously just a rock - why do you think it is anything but a rock?

Sorry, the emissions comment was directed at Artichoke.
To cerebralassassins Don't most craters have a dome, from the ejecta cloud that flies straight up and settles down in a pile in the middle?
Also, if it was a dome, wouldn't it most likely be made of some material other than moon material? It seems to have the same texture.

Well, actually, after looking closer, I think it is just a crater. You know how this eye illusions work. Different people see differently. Sorry for the emission.

Not a problem. I was merely expressing my opinion of what I see.

This is a conspiracy theory site. We explore beyond the "obvious" with an understanding that things are not always as they appear, and formulate theories as to what the truth may actually be.

One of these theories is that we have found alien technology on the moon. An alternate theory is that we have had an undisclosed presence on the moon for quite some time. There are numerous sites dedicated to exploring these so called "anomalies" found in photos of the lunar surface.

There are also members and guests of this site whom I believe to be very interested in this sort of thing, and I have therefore presented this thread for them.

If you think that what is shown in the photos is a moon rock, fine. That's all you see. I am unable to dictate to you what you should think.

Furthermore, I poured over photo 3085 for some time this morning before spotting this thing. I see no other objects in that photo that so very much resemble some type of treaded vehicle with a small dome on it's roof.

The tread tracks behind it are also apparent.

On a site such as this, where the hypothesis of moon anomalies is readily discussed, I question why it is necessary to immediately mock an idea which has such widespread appeal.

It seems to me that the cookie-cutter answer to anyone starting a thread on a found moon "anomaly" is:
"It's a rock". "It's a pile of rocks". "All I see are rocks."

Agenda? Forum gang dedicated to squashing any attempt at questioning the presence of alien tech on the moon, or our continued undisclosed presence there or both?

Maybe it is a rock.
Maybe it's not.
Maybe it's a vehicle.

It remains compelling to me despite the dismissive responses thus far.

Oh no, this isn't over.
I won't let this one get buried. It's too obviously a vehicle. Almost a smoking gun, as it were. I'll be posting to this one incessantly...
