All these hurrican's - has someone finally developed a weather weapon?

According to so called weather experts this kind of weather is unheard of. No three category 4 hurricans have hit the US in well ever i beileve in the same year. And they are saying more may happen!

So does anyone believe that some type of weather control weapon may be being used against the US by well who? And why? or is it just another crazy idea?

The reason i posted this is due to a rense headline 'USAF 2025 - Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather'.

I am not sure if anyone has created a weather Making device, as of yet.

But I am positive that it can be done. There are many ways that this may be done. First we have to learn how weather is created. I know that all of us know that there are certain currents in the air and in the water that have been around since .... well since existence pretty much ... Well that is what we think ever since we have been able to trace the Wind Currents on Larger scales ****World Wide***** .... our scientist have obviously noticed patterns.

These patterns do not tend to change much although. Some of them have brief differences in brief differences I mean as in tropical depressions and/or good;bad weather. These changes are a result of something; I do believe that everyone agrees on this ... what everyone does not agree on is now exactly that hurricane started.

If you believe in Cause- Effect .... what the whole world is basically built on and the only effects that we cannot sure if because we do not yet knwo the exact Cause of this. We can tell you what Aids does to us and cancer and other STD's yet we cannot explain where they come from and if we could we could sure it. I believe the same theory applies here.

I also believe that the oceans currents have much to do with the way the wind blows and the way the tide goes is the way the wind goes. Hence Global warming. The Ice caps are melting because a change in the tides. The only reason the tiedes might change are /???? My reason is that maybe we have killed off so many of the whales that used to migrate back and forth from one place to another that it may have changed the oceans patter a petite bit just enough that over lets say 2005 years that less and less traffic is creating less and less flow making the water get warmer making the earth get warmer effecting everything that we do. You put one piece of ice in a glass of tea sit it there it will never get completely cold ... You put the same peice of ice in another glass of tea stir it around untill it dissapears or untill the glass gets go cold that as long as there is continuous motion in that glass, that peice of ise will not melt away as fast. Just some Ideas that maybe someone coudl help me out with thanks .alot .. peace

Some say that HAARP is the reason for the strange weather we'v been having lately. i'm still undecided

My Personal Opinion is that it is simply Mother Nature lashing back at us for completely destroying her environment. Hurricanes are one thing...what about the record heat waves, the tsunamis, the earthquakes, they too will increase. These have been occuring for years around the globe, its only beginning to take its toll on north america, and it will continue, unfortunately

Theres no reason to blame it on a "weapon" because we all pulled the trigger.

We could drop the most powerful weapon we've ever devised, into the eye of a Cat 5 Hurricane, and at most hope that the blast weakens it (temporarily) into a Cat 4....

Do you seriously think that we came up with something that can release that kind of energy (as a hurricane), or that can control it? I seriously doubt it...

Not to mention, why invent a gun and then shoot yourself with it...

We don't have to produce a hurricane if we know what produces a hurricane I hurricane is produced by what ? And in how little amounts do you think that a hurricane can be started? What conditions if enough research was done on this do you think that we can create or elude or change a hurricanes path ? And if you do I think so to ... but I think it is by the water and the animals ... The earth is made up of 75% of water right ? Well you have a bath tub you drop lets say a feather in the bath tub are there going to be rings that affect the whole bath tub of water. The answer is yes for soem reason if you move alittle water it affects the surrounding area. I think that this has something to do with the weather or ALOT to do with the weather and if people could realize that the animals in the sea 10 million fish swimming migrating one way in one general direction could cause one hell of a Flowing Current... and fish migrate a certain way every year.

Every form of life does things there own special way.

THIS HAS AN AFFECT ON THIS. I KNOW IT JuST HAVE TO PROVE IT. ANYONE EVER EVEN THOUGHT OF THIS BEFORE. I MEAN I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE. I MEAN THEY HAVE GUYS THAT GET PAId TO THINK, Right? They have't thought of that yet. Even the way the wing blows over the water is amazing. If anyone has ever watched the wind blow atop the water and leave little trails as if almost a finger from the wind was dipping down into the water which shows me that the wind actually touches the face of the water with minimal force to go through it. Which lets me know that the force is impacting the water and the water is impacting the wind keeping it in that crevice of the water. ...

And only one cat 4 has hit the US this year...

This is certainly not unheard of. The reason why these storms are getting so much press now is because they are affecting land.
Last year we got up the the P storm (16 named storms - not including depressions)
2002 - 12 named storms
2001 - 15 named storms
2000 - 14
1998 - 14 (the names used that year are also being used this year - Bonnie clipped NC, Charley was just a TS that hit Texas, and Ivan didn't affect any land. The year of Mitch)
1995 - 19

So far this year, we're only up to number 9....

Did i say the US? There are other countries in the world. The rense com article made me think about it but who's to say others are not trying to develop this kind of technology. And who says u need to develop massive forces to alter the weather, a saying i remember is 'a butterfly flutters it wings, on the other side of the world a storm begins' a bit light i admit but we don't know the true extent to which our technology has risen. If you do i bow to superior knowledge. Again it could be down to global warming but if you could develop a technology that could generate massive storms it would be the ultimate weapon and it would be impossible to blame anyone.

I don't know about HAARP, why would the U.S. hit it's own soil? It will only cost them money. But three hurricanes in less than two months is extremely high!

think about it on a smaller scale. How hard is it for you to splash water out of the bath tub when you were little. Not very much if you got it moving with it. I think that everything in the world has something .... I am not sure what to call it... Let's just call it density.... I know its not but lets call it that ok ....

So you got density inside of these objects ... I am trying to say everything moves and is moving whether or not we can see it or not.

Weather patterns have changed -- that's a big part for this year. Don't forget we're in a period of time that's forecast to see an increase in activity and intensity.

I believe IVAN will be the third to hit florida soon last i heard that is.

The weather guys stated that three cat 3 to 5 storms in such close succession was very unheard of. I don't live their so i can't say more on this. If it is the norm then sorry.

Exactly what I was thinking. We abused the environment to the extent that there are holes in the atmosphere and now people want to suggest that this is a weapon lol. I guess it's easier to point the finger at other people than to look at our selves. But on a side note this was predictable. Every summer that there are wild fires in FL a hurricane ALWAYS hits FL. This predictability has never failed. I could have told you 3 months ago that a big one was going to hit FL because of this fact alone.

Think...we mimick nature in developing weapons true?

Submarine - tank - airplane - etc.

Then is it hard to imagine that weather control is not an idea that scientists would get involved with?

If you could start an earthquake under your enemies capital city or a million other scenarios the military could come up with, would it not be a superweapon a WMD? (less damaging than nukes should keep the enviromentalists happy)

Thats the discussion is it possible well please post.

Or at least give me an argument as to why it is not possible.
