When we think of Christians being persecuted, we normally think of countries such as Afghanistan, China or North Korea but seldom do we think about Christians getting persecuted in the holy land itself. I went to Israel a few years ago (by the way, I would recommend every Christian go there at least once in their life) and went down to the Wailing Wall where many of the orthodox Jews gather to pray. Even though there was a part of me that had the utmost respect for these Jews, the other side was sad that they were still blind and waiting for the Messiah when he has already come in the person of Jesus (Yeshua) Christ.

The problem is not specific to christians or jews, it is the same with most religions really, as soon as these simple-minded people get in contact with each other, conflict is inevitable.

Yes Religions in itself is bad, these conflicts are unavoidable as long as we have religions, they will always interfere with each other, especially since simple-minded people like to start conflicts, and they are also the most religious.

This world would be so much better off without any religions at all.

I differ to your opinion; Jews and zionists make a big hoopla about the Holocaust and religious persecution and the moment they have the upper hand over Christians, they attack. The funny thing is that it is the Christian tax payer that keeps the zionist enclave in Palestine afloat.

The ultimate irony is that it was Muslims in the Middle East that befriended the Jews and protected them from the Crusaders and European progroms throughtout the ages. Now these Jews, mainly zionists that subjugate, slander and kill Muslim at will.

When the time comes, Christians will get the same treatment. Simply dismissing injustice and religious suppression as part of human nature insults humanity.

I think Netanyahu needs to apologise for what zionists did to Christian Palestinians and the murder of Jesus Christ.

Israel is a very difficult thing to debate, because even when you mention it you got to think of 3 main religions, and also the religions in mention conflict against each other especially when they are all compacted into one country. I find it hard to back one religion and not feel bad for the other in that region in that respect, TBH yes it was our fault "The Brits" for giving land away that wasn't ours to being with, but TBH i think they would of gone back to the holy land anyway.

But considering the title in mind "Christian Persecution by Jews in Israel" I think it is due to the nature of religious people being so stupid especially heavily and fundamentally or extremists, that they think the only thing they need to learn in life is religious values and combat anyone who opposes them because there wrong! to me this isn't the problem of religion, this is a problem of simple minded religious folk who think the only thing needed to get by in the world is religion, and there religion only cos there one is the right one! full stop! maybe if these fundamentalist and extremists got a decent education of care humanity and the struggle of other people lives and religion maybe they would be a bit more considerate towards other people religions and well-being...

This isn't really a political issue i don't think. According to some jews they think christians, muslims and pretty much everyone else will be their slaves in heaven for eternity. There's not even any scripture to be had that supports any of this either.

I highly doubt the zionists are the real Israelites. One would think God would have beaten whatever pride they had left in them out long ago with all those times they had been enslaved, conquered, exiled, hunted down and turned into gypsies without a land to call home.

Then again if you read accounts in the bible, specifically the books of Acts and Romans, even in Jesus' time they were a prejudice and racist lot. In Jesus' time on earth it was illegal for a gentile (non-jew) to approach or even initiate dialogue with a jew and a jew wouldn't allow the shadow of a Samaritan (Samaria, province in nothern Israel, former capital of the ten "lost tribes" before their assyrian exile) to fall on his person. Jesus was actually the first account of a jew allowing a gentile to be in his presence and speak to him (the Romans didn't apply because they didn't care, they did whatever they wanted and the jews just had to deal with it).

There was an account where Jesus and his disciples were passing by a village in Samaria and the towns people hid and wouldn't come watch them pass for fear and one of his disciples (not sure of who but i think it was Andrew) asked Jesus if they should call down fire onto them and destroy them and Jesus rebuked them and said to them that he came to save all men.

It's sad to see with his coming so very near, still they reject him and still they reject us. Precious few are messianic believers, but you can see a colossal difference in how they treat us versus the orthodox jews. It is amazing the change your spirit undergoes once you believe in our Messiah. The proof is right there of you being saved, the old you falls away and is replaced by him.

So - how many Christians did Zionist enclave Jews killed because they were Christians? 1,2... millions?

Frankly, i get an impression that you do not understand what a religion persecution means. It is not about finding an individual who happens to be a Jew that does a bad thing to non-Jew. Since you visited in Israel, i assume you did not encounter something that limited you due to you being a Christian.

I have a feeling youre going to be waiting a long time for that, barring Christ's second coming i don't see that happening.

I think people fail to realise the wisdom and insight of those words. We now live in a world where a religion has become a race.

There you have it. When one's race supercedes God in righteousness (worthiness) and they call themselves both a race and a religion, then the figure of worship has become the person. This is self-worship and the ultimate form of supremacy, godhead for a race in place of a real but diminished God.

I think the moral of the story here is that not all men are the same. We christians don't like being lumped into a group with Hitler when none of us would condone what he did anymore than a jew would. Same as not every muslim wants to be lumped into the same group with that murdering lunatic Osama Bin Laden. Not all men are the same, some jews are christians, and some muslims are christians. Jesus is the tie that binds us all together because he was God walking amoung us and all of mankind being united under God is his will. We believe in God the same as any jew or muslim claims to, we just have different beliefs concerning what we believe and why we believe it. God didn't give the laws of Moses to the rest of us, only Israel. Enoch was saved by his faith, Abraham was saved by his faith with both men having different believes, rituals and customs yet God saved them both because they believed in him. There is a valuable lesson to be learned from Enoch and Abraham, that lesson is that it doesn't matter what you have done, God is our savior we just have conflicting ideals.
