Are we due for an upgrade?

Whats the connection if any.It maybe something or nothing but I have noticed the similarity between the two, only difference appears to be the size. Has this happened before, are they back? Or is the next upgrade to humanity programmed into it, who knows! Rather like the opening scene in the film 2001, with the apes and the black monolith .... Just speculation... But it does appear to be very odd...

The Grooved Spheres
Over the last few decades, miners in South Africa have been digging up mysterious metal spheres. Origin unknown, these spheres measure approximately an inch or so in diameter, and some are etched with three parallel grooves running around the equator. Two types of spheres have been found: one is composed of a solid bluish metal with flecks of white; the other is hollowed out and filled with a spongy white substance. The kicker is that the rock in which they where found is Precambrian - and dated to 2.8 billion years old! Who made them and for what purpose is unknown.

Someone posted these things the mythbusters were working on in another thread, no not the canon through the building I'm pretty sure.. but they were metal spheres shaped like this with the end pieces.. only they were painted red and white .. I doubt there's a connection but the shape looked so much alike to me

It never ceases to amaze me sites like this. There theyall are purporting to be conspiracy sites full of so called people who are not happy with the status quo or mainstream garbage which is turn out of the propaganda factories. You can’t wait to rip into the official thread of things like 9/11 and machine gun fill it with holes in the claimed events, coming up with alternative experts who say this or that. Everybody jumps on the NWO theme saying we are being taken over by a bunch of maniac crazy people who want to kill off 80% of the global population. Banks not governments run the world, who are full of porn loving wife swapping, gang bangers into devil worship. Yea right that’s fine this is all true! But something just as credible as the archaeology cover-ups that go on to maintain their ivory towers of academia and those who run it all as they have reputations and positions to maintain, is a pile of crap. Where do some of you get off here? Is this censorship here or what? Think out the box here, but hay, not allowed to adopt the same over there. Your filtering out aspects which somehow don’t fit your paradigm !

According to one of the comments at the linked article it is possibly/probably a satellite hydrazine tank. Hope it's empty as hydrazine is toxic I thought. Failing that I say spaceballs. I'm sure someone here will know for sure but I googled "satellite hydrazine tank" and it does seem to be a more plausible possibility than half of what was printed in that joke of an article.
ETA "made by Alliant Techsystems of the USA" The commenter seems knowledgeable, I'm going with that explanation.

Yeah very well could be a hydrazine tank ..

The first thing that came to my mind was that it is a piece of eden. The thing is that it is a bit too big to be it.

When the craft came down it caused a crater 12 inches deep and 13ft wide, although the ball itself was some 60ft away.

Would it stay in 1 bit and maintain its shape hitting the ground at over mac 1 ????????? I don't know you tell me. If it came from some sat, or earth type space craft, it would first have to go through over 1000c temps for around 2 or 3 mins, then plough into a stoney hard surface as said at well over MAC 1, somehow can't see that happening. Or it came off a plane, Ummm, but again, it would hitthe ground at one hell of a speed, and it maintain its shape again, and its not solid. interesting !!!
